We have Fidelity home warranty and have had for the past six years. Until last year they have been very good. We are not going to renew with them this year. Norma and Pierre from C&P persisted with Fidelity to get all the parts covered that we needed for our older GE ice maker. Pierre came and fixed it two days ago and did a great job! Norma was wonderful helping out and keeping us posted on what was going on. Don’t sign up with Fidelity, they are not the good company they used to be. We do highly recommend C&P Appliances if you need repairs. They are excellent!

Here's the bottom line: I do not trust any other appliance company with our appliances. I am not sure why it took me so long to write this, but I've never been more compelled to write a review. We've had our fair share of appliance issues in the 5 years that we've lived in our house. I am not sure how we found C&P but I'm so glad we did. Their philosophy is to educate the customer on what's really going on and why. It started with our old refrigerator that was not making ice. Then we ran into issues with our dishwasher. As an example, C&P educated us on the reason why our dishwasher was smelling so badly even though we had cleaned it monthly, and it was relatively new. Come to find out, we were using too much soap, using the wrong kind of soap, and the level of rinse aid we were filling was too high. There have been no issues ever since C&P set us straight! Our washer and dryer have both been serviced by C&P and same thing, we now know how much detergent we really should be using, and other important bits of information. By the way, they also sell a product to clean washers which works way better than others in the market (Leafy Washing Machine Cleaner Descaler-you'll find it on Amazon). They truly care about their customers, and we care so much about them.

C&P has made us better homeowners as we have a better understanding of how best to take care of our appliances. Thank you, C&P, for your expertise!

I was scheduled for a dishwasher repair. The team did a wonderful job very knowledgeable and quick. Was able to fix my vikings dishwasher appliance. They were able to replace the broken motor. And went byond the service to make sure everything worked how it should. Gave me suggestions on how to take care for my dishwasher so it doesn't happen agin. Great service and a pleasure to work with them. I highly recommend them! ?
