Demasiado bueno no tengo quejas del doctor no entiendo porque hay personas con actitudes negativas con sus comentarios qu3 de nada valen porque a el no le deben afectar para nada la gente siempre va hablar en lo malo pero en mi opinión muy buen medico

Llevo un casi dos meses enferma con problemas del estomago y cuando fui a ver al dr Carlos Ramos me dijo todo estaba en mi mente, ese mismo dia me tuve que ir para el Jackson Hospital donde me hicieron un Ct scan y me diagnosticaron diverticulitis, llame a su oficina y le deje saber. En el hospital me dijeron al discharge despues de tres dias hospitalizada debia ver a mi Gastroenterólogo y cuando llego el dia de mi cita, me trato de una forma grosera, agresiva , sin ética , llego hasta a decirme mentirosa y no me quiso atender En mi opinion ser un buen medico no es solo tener conocimientos, es saber tratar a los pacientes , que ya es suficiente para los pacientes con estar enfermo para tambien tener que soportar que este este doctor con su ego ofendido los maltrate. Yo soy esa paciente que salio ayer de su oficina con lágrimas en los ojos sin entender como una persona con titulo de Doctor era la persona con menos profesionalismo habia conocido en su vida. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo. El no me necesita a mi como paciente pero creo la opinión de un paciente tiene VALOR.

Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional doctor. My mom was sick for a month and he kept telling her that it was all in her head and she had nothing and my mom ended up in the hospital for a week with severe diverticulitis. She called the office to let them know they were wrong and she ended up in hospital. She continued to be sick after leaving hospital and had to go back to see him, hoping that now that he KNOWS what she had that he could help her, and the doctor was so bitter that had been wrong that he was mean, rude, aggressive, and basically kicked my mom out of the office and called her a liar in front of everyone. My poor mom called me after her appt in tears from how shaken up she was. I am absolutely repulsed by his conduct and the way he would treat a sick patient.

Trash of an office. You call and they put you on hold. No acknowledgement of your call or “we will be right with you” after 23 mnts of holding I call again and placed back on hold. Go to another gastro office. This office is trash and good forbid you have to speak to them about anything
