3 days before Christmas I went into Dick‘s looking for some last-minute holiday gifts and it was extremely busy as expected. But the customer service was great and still had a loy of options. The cashier Dante was very patient and very kind and sweet. Good customer service is rare nowadays and should always be celebrated.”

This DICK’S Sporting Goods had plenty of items on sale. Some of the staff were helpful and friendly. The parking lot needs some parking space lines for vehicles to park safely.

I have shopped at this location many times before but felt this particular time needed a review, we were looking for a specific softball bat for our daughter and a young gentleman named Jayden was so incredibly helpful, kind and went out of his way to assist us - we got it ordered with him and it has already been delivered and she loves it. Jayden was very good at his job, and we really appreciate him going the extra mile for us.

I have never met store workers with such a lack a customer service skills. I'm a very patient and polite person, and when I asked an associate for help, he didn't even let me finish my sentence. He called someone on his walky and turned around and left. The other associate was very cold and impatient. At the register no greetings, and no " thank you, have a great day", not even the minimum. It's like we are bothering them. It's sad because I really like the store but I won't go there for sometime.

Tried to buy a bike from here the other week - it’s April, I thought Spring was biking season? Why did I have to wait around a good 30 min for someone to even return and get a bike down for me to try? I literally had to be my own salesperson, comparing, looking at features, No one & I mean no one was interested in helping myself and the half dozen or so folks milling around trying to help each other out while we were being repeatedly ignored. Why in the world did the person who finally showed up have zero knowledge of bikes? As in would not even hop on a monitor & look up the basic bike info he clearly did not know? I should not have to cross the bridge to VA to get basic customer service DURING bike season.

You can barely find what you need then when you ask an associate they point you in an area and you asked where exactly and they still don't show you or say they will see if they can find someone to help you.... when you just trying to find a father days gift you see they have 24 in stocks but you do not really know what it looks like in packaging

I don't know if it's Gen Z or just customer in general ...they just want to be on their phones and do not care that you see them on it

If you know exactly what you are looking for and where it is then you can find what you need if not you are soooo lost and on your own
