Absolutely love the range. The new queue for the tills is crazy though seems very silly. The range have some excellent products and their is everything you need in one shop. So much better quality than Home bargains or B&M and much better quality. Love that the take clear pay as well

Massive choice of products and easy to navigate with clear signage to specific areas and materials.

I bought a Roller Blind which unfortunately didn't go with the existing decor. I was able to return the item the next day with full understanding, very impressed. Extremely helpful as I had lost the receipt

Needed a new christmas tree last minute, plenty of choice and all prices were very reasonable and the quality of products were great. The shop is great anyway but even better at christmas. It is definitely the best The Range branch in surrounding areas.

Great selection of items for the home. Have some fantastic pictures and a lovely range of autumn items. Service was good too. We got a lovely picture and an autumn decoration for the conservatory!

Went to The Range for wallpaper. Not many places sell it anymore, it's all on line. Unfortunately although there was some really nice designs nothing in the colour I was after. Had a look around. Great choice, excellent displays and will defo return again.

Terrible service done a click and collect then they cancelled it with no details of why.rang them 56 times never answered this were a christmas gift. Not worth the one star probably won't even get a reply for this review customer care yeah right

Doncaster.
Members of staff are arrogant. Many products have a wrong price from the offer which not exsist from weeks. I wanted to buy shower gel because it was for half price (on the shelf) at the till I found out that the offer has ended. I asked when, staff said in February and I mentioned it is June and the price is still there, how many people paid more than they supposed. I bought 3 items ,means I could easily check my receipt. I could not but the product by old price, because price is different and I could take something else if I do not accept higher price.
Other day I wanted to mattress/ airbed. Again price was ok, at the till it turned out that it was on wrong shelf with not correct price. They said the customer mixed the stock, I asked whole box? Two styles mixed prices. Not my businness. I wanted to pay the price which was below the product. I heard no, because price is incorrect. I went with the staff to show that. And then they changed it. Does anyone work on department/ zone to mainten and take responsibility for it.
