Is a very wonderful Doctor! I have been seeing him for now maybe 6 years or more. He has very good bedside manner. I must say he is very kind, understanding and really listens to what you have to say. A very good man. Also, his staff have always been very nice and helpful.
Unfortunately, I won't be seeing him any longer, I have moved to Arizona.

I couldn't give Dr. JOU higher ratings!! His front staff won't answer the phone or call you back. I've been in the office quiet low pace how can they take days to call you back.
He's to good of doctor to let bad staff take you down.

Although I have seen dr Bill only one time. I think is a good doctor however It is so hard to schedule an appointment. I am planning phone tag with this office. No one is available any time in scheduling department to answer your call. Also, they are keep sending my lab orders with incorrect name which caused delays in my lab work.

Front desk staff and billing department are absolutely terrible. I was recently sent a bill from an office visit 6 years ago which I had already paid. Tried to call their billing dept 3 times to discuss. Nobody ever answers or returns calls. I stopped seeing this doctor because of this.

They will accept new HMO patients but not new PPO patients. I tried to no avail to try and send an email to the dr to see if they’d offer an exception given some unique circumstances needing a specialized endocrinologist after being referred specifically to this clinic by my cardiologist. The front desk refused to help in any way. Disappointing and rude experience, they did not care about my health care or conditions in any way.

The staff and Dr Jou went out of their way for me in a very touchy situation! I was having difficulty get the medications I needed and the staff moved heaven and earth for me ! I appreciate them so very much!!

I've been going to Dr. Joi for a few years.
He is an exceptional doctor. He is worth the wait if there are many patients. He is not in a rush, explains everything, wants to know how you feel, questions you have and if you're satisfied before you leave. The staff is also exceptional. I had some personal issues which required a few cancel/reschedules. The staff understood, used extreme patience and took care of me. Terrific doctor.

Would do zero stars if I could, the practitioner was awful. Was very rude and seemed pushy. She wouldn't explain my issue or answer questions only saying that I have it. Didn't provide any useful information or feedback, and made me feel worse/scared about my health when later on found out there was no need. Also mis-prescribed amount of medicine I should be taking. Had to go to a different doctor to get the medical device I needed. If you want a practitioner who is in the control of Big Pharma then this is the choice for you!
