TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, THE ABSOLUTE SINGLE WORST THAT I'VE EVER HAD AT A RALPH'S!!!!!

you wanna talk about being profiled and accused with no proof whatsoever of stealing, then by all means come to this Ralph's! I can guarantee that if you want to be harassed, go into THIS store with baggy pockets/pants and to make 100 percent positive that you get chased out of the store but two female, of color employees, go in with any "large" bag.... better yet, make it a backpack.

I wish I would have gotten my phone out to record this god-awful experience... complete with one of said you know whats about to grab my arm!!! and for what!!!! with what proof!!!

You can't just go around the store that you work in and accuse just everyone of stealing when you have absolutely nothing to back your claim... Had they seen me on camera actually stuffing my pockets like they claimed or caught me red handed, There would be absolutely no reason for this post but this simple fact is that I am a young, white female who likes to wear sweatpants and other Clothing with big pockets.... this does not give ANYONE the right to profile me with false claims.

don't come here. boycott this Ralph's and their discriminating ignorant employees

Store is rather small. The aisle are not really wide enough. They seem to only have one checker/human on duty at a time. They have too many self checkout machines. This is a despicable trend ? that is happening now. Since when do we have to work to ring up our own groceries.

There was a guy there named Mark and he was just the most vile, disrespectful, and unpleasant person I have EVER encountered. I was with a friend who needed to go to the bathroom and he couldn’t even be bothered to look up and assist him. He then responded with sarcasm and was completely disrespectful. I then had to check out and I had issues with the self check out kiosk. I got the exact same reaction from him before I even got a chance to speak. And to make matters worse nobody in the store seemed to know what to do and all seems like they didn’t want to do their job. I will never be back.

Uncaring, unhelpful personnel. It's not the first time. They look thru you and want to get rid of you fast as possible. They are clueless about what's in the store and where to find.
I'm writing this now because I have this experience here every time when I need a bit more, then load my cart and pay.

Every time I need help with a coupon not working and have to deal with Lupita, I leave the store swearing I'll never return. She's friendly, unless she needs to actually do her job. I used to avoid her register, but now she's at self-checkout which I use. Not a very pleasant shopping experience.

The door from the main road is closed, you need to walk around the building to get inside
