I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered product from this website. Customer service is absolutely horrible !!! Orders are not fulfilled when promised, no follow up on inquiries and unable to contact a live person. I’m going to have my bank card reverse the charges for non delivery and they can keep their product. I will be moving to another hair product brand.

WARNING: DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE DIRECTLY
I really love their products, that much I can say. However, in regard to their customer service, absolutely HORRIBLE. At first I had no issues ordering from their direct site. One day I ordered some products and I had an item missing. I was able to get in contact with someone, but it took weeks for them to send me the ONE product. A few months later, I had an entire bundle missing and I have sent NUMEROUS emails. I did receive a reply asking for my order number which I provided and still have heard NOTHING back. It has been a few months now. I even tried reaching out to them via Instagram and same thing, just apologized, asked for my order number, and then dead silence. Please find a store or possible amazon to order these products. It's a shame because I really do love their products, but their customer service skills needs a lot, and I mean a lot of work. Please pay attention and take to heart these reviews. They're telling you the truth when it comes to trying to email or contact them.

Ordered the moisture bundle, hydration bundle and curling bundle and only received the curling bundle. They robbed me of two bundles! Contacted the email support, the phone number is disconnected and still no resolution! My box felt light for having three bundles and opened it to find only one boxed bundle. Beyond pissed!

Is it normal practice to ignore emails? Is it normal to have a disconnected number listed as a company phone number so customers cannot contact you about grievances? Do you generally take money from customers but fail to ship products? You don't respond to emails but you also don't hesitate to flood my emails with promotions you insist on NOT fulfilling. I made a purchase over $100, still 4 items are missing a week later.
Not sure where to go with this besides BBB and fighting the charge with my bank. I shouldn't have to go to these lengths to recover items purchased.
Your Google reviews are accurate which reflect poor customer service practice along with a lack of appreciation for business sent your way. I'm not the first customer to make these complaints but I will post everywhere until I get a response. I'm good for it since I'm relentless!

My teenage daughter using her own money placed an order with this company. She received all of her hair products except her hairbrush. We have tried to reach out by an automated chat, and by email. At this point we will be contacting the bank to dispute it. That’s a shame because she likes the products on her hair, but we will no longer order from this company. It seems they carry the line at target, which may be safer to order from. if you look at all the previous reviews, this seems to be an ongoing issue that needs to be corrected. This company is basically stealing from customers. You need to do better!

I purchased items on the Black Friday sale. It has been a nightmare to deal with this people/company. First of all, they never credited me for a voucher. Then didn’t mailed all of the products. After contacting them through their website MULTIPLE/WAY TOO MANY TIMES. They still owed me one product in which still hasn’t respond or send. A total ripe off. They were trying to steal FOUR of them to begin with. It has been like pulling teeth to be able to get the ones that they send. Don’t this company has money? SMH. DON’T YOU DARE BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE. You will regret it. They are thieves!!!

I placed a Black Friday order, I ordered three items and the website listed that if I checked out using my Prime account, I’d get a discount. So that’s what I unfortunately did. I received an order confirmation and tracking from the website. When I received one of my items, it was broken open in the box. It took me three attempts to get someone to respond to messages. After them telling me twice they’d send me a new item, someone contacted me again saying that it looked like an Amazon order slip and asked where I ordered from. I explained the situation, my Amazon account has no proof of purchasing the item because I ordered off of the Camille Rose website. My item is not being replaced or refunding because no one seems to know where my product came from. This was my first time ordering, I will not be doing it again.
