I'm not sure why these other reviewers felt neglected but from day 1 I have had the best experience with the ladies up front especially Theresa. She handled ally paperwork asap, remembered my name from the first visit and always answers all of my questions. Seriously for a small office who has a lot of patients they do a great job. I guess it's not easy being so perfect that nobody can meet your standards. Or maybe your attitude during your first visit was so bad that you are reaping what you sow. Anyways Dr. Narain's office is awesome, clean and comfortable.

My husband and I just saw Dr. Narain for the first time and this review won’t allow for all the nice words we have to say about him and his office staff. We arrived early and we were greeted by the nice staff. Our check-in process was swift and we were called back separately within minutes. Dr. Narain was so sweet and he really took his time answering all questions and addressing concerns. We would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great dr in the area. Thank you for a pleasant visit.

My husband has a basic distrust of doctors, but the first time he went to Dr. Narain he was saying how friendly he was and how knowledgeable about my husband's condition and his explanations of everything. Really likes him and very happy about finding such a great doctor.

This is the worst Dr. Office to go to if you need any help . one of the front office girls ( THE OLDER ONE is so rude and complains that she is there by herself .answering phones
the office is empty but she acts like its packed like the ER
. she has no compassion .
the younger girl is a sweetie she has a more pleasant attitude . I have been there only once to see Dr.
But 3 timed to get my FMLA paper work filled out to have it corrected
..You have to keep calling on the phones put on hold .
And don't hold your breath for a call back .

just go in person to make your appointment . I forgot to get her name but with the attitude she has thats probably why she has no name tag on her.
I think she's the billing clerk( she must have been a telemarketer bill collector before working at this office)
She can't even fill out my FMLA paper work correct my job is on the line
. if i loose my job trust and believe she will too .
I have only seen the doctor once I have no complaints about him. He was highly recommended by my best friend .
I am new there but will be finding another Dr soon . service is bad ?

I have been a patient of his for many years now. He is a wonderful doctor. Very caring and will listen to your medical problems and be proactive. Always has a smile and always good to his patients.

I've been going to his office for close to a year he knows his stuff he listens and his staff is on top of stuff I can call them they get right back to me very polite never have rude in any kinda way like some other offices I've been to recommend him .very caring doctor

This office does NOT follow up with it's patients and does not return phone calls. This office is a joke. Idk how someone who would go into patient care to care of people could care so less. I am so sad and disturbed by this practice

I still go to Dr narane but his new office help front desk girl is so rude told me she would get back to me never does and my mom has the same problem Dr narane is s very good doctor he's laid back kinda guy but he knows his stuff he's even removed skin tags that I had great job he's not perfect no man is we all have faults but I recommend him .highly
