I absolutely like this place and its customer service. I was at the shop to buy a pair of dress shoes. I was having a hard time choosing a good pair of shoes, comfortable but stylish at the same time. Victoria gently approached me and offered her help. She was very patient listening to me. She politely suggested me a few pairs. In addition, she did not mind my trying all the shoes I wanted to try. I tried on over 10 pairs. I was greatly satisfied with what I found at T-Elle. I strongly recommend this place. T-Elle's customer service is exceptional!!

T-Elle Boutique by VSL is a gem in Peterborough! The location is perfect, right in the heart of town, making it easy to pop in whenever I’m out shopping. They carry an amazing selection of high-quality brands that are both trendy and timeless, so I always find something I love. I had a fabulous experience here getting a dress for an awards gala. The owner was extremely helpful and styled by outfit and shoes that made everything together. I was recently in this business to help my friend pick out an outfit for her son's upcoming wedding. The selection was fabulous, the clothing beautiful, and there is a fairly good range of sizes. The owner, Victoria, was friendly and very helpful in suggesting different items that would look good on my friend. She found a gorgeous outfit and let me tell you the smile on her face was priceless!
While we were there, a disgruntled customer came in, demanding her money back for a service/product - yes I use the word "demanding" on purpose. From what we could hear this person hadn't a leg to stand on. Victoria handled this situation as well as humanly possible. She did not just bow to this person's demands and clearly explained her knowledge of what had happened in the situation. After this person started to say she had "heard this had happened before", she was immediately asked where she had heard it and would not/could not say - which speaks volumes. In the end Victoria proposed a solution that would be fair to everyone involved , however I suspect this person will not be happy with anything, given her attitude.
Highly recommend this shop.

The selection in T-Elle Boutique was plentiful and it didn’t take long to find the perfect outfit for my Daughters Wedding. The service I received from Victoria was fantastic! Alterations were made in a timely fashion and done well.
I had multiple compliments on my “Mother of the Bride” pant suit!
Would highly recommend!

My experience with Victoria at t-Elle boutique felt bad. I requested a custom bridesmaid dress, which upon the agreed deadline wasn’t ready. Not only was I refused a refund for the incomplete dress, I was told the dress was complete. When I confronted Victoria about the issue, she was unkind and avoidant. I still haven’t received the $600 dollars.
