Dirty. Bad produce. Fridge and freezers always not working or lit up. Always new product blocking sections and no one putting it on shelf. At all hours of the day. No matter what time. Staff is nice and they have regular food you can’t find at other grocery stores in Beverly Hills.

I love coming to this Ralphs. It’s in a perfect location and it’s always easy to park, and the shelves are pretty well-stocked. It’s clean and easy to find things. The only thing I would say is a bit negative is that the aisles are little bit narrow and they don’t have a big variety of individual drinks in the refrigerators. But there’s a good variety of fresh fruits, delicious looking cakes, sushi, meats, salads, flowers and a lot of other foods that make life a little more convenient.

If you care about your safety, do not shop at this location. The parking lot is full of zombie-like people asking for money and otherwise acting aggressively. Some stand just outside the door smoking, which is technically legal, but you are forced to traverse a cloud of smoke on your way in or out. Don't be fooled by the surrounding upscale neighborhood.

Once you use their bathroom you may not shop here again. The bathroom is downstairs also where they store the food and shipments that come in, it’s so dirty, and unorganized mess and smelly down there that it’s truly a health hazard. It looks like a hoarder lives down there. Probably has rats living down there.

I used to live in the area so I went there a lot. it was always a good place to get groceries and the service there was always decent for a grocery store.
Recently it became like grocery shopping in Compton.
Insane employee at the bakery. Giving me nasty faces using profanities when all my sin was that I cut a piece of bread that was a part of my basket. Broke a part of it with my hand and ate it. Treated me like I’m some dirty theif. News flash: whoever actually wants to steal a bread is going to hide it in his purse, not cut a piece of it out in the open and eat it.
I understood from regular customers. This is pretty much the situation. There are now awful customer service and extremely rude employees is the new norm.

There is something wrong with this location . It’s super small. I also think that the computer has some glitches. They have a horrible selection of products, not enough to choose from. I always feel cramped when I walking around in there. check out is bad experience too.the machine always says I’m stealing stuff.

The bookkeeper told me that they found my $40 cash back that was left behind and to come in. I drove 30 mins to the store only for the manager Alvin to say they didn’t have it. Thanks for wasting my time. Will not shop here again. Poor management
