the lack of customer service . I went to go get a pickup order yesterday for Christmas . In the pickup counter there like around 8-10 workers just standing there doing nothing . When I go ask them about my pickup order & try to show them my barcode , they tell me that the system is shut down & they can’t take any pickup orders . Not only that , but they had no idea when or if the system was going to come back . I said that’s fine but I really need the gift , I proved them my receipt & showed them the barcode , since I saw my order was right there in the rack . Still they couldn’t & all 10 of those workers continued to be useless & all stand together in the “ PICK UP “ Area even though the “ PICK UP “ system doesn’t work …. A bunch of lazy workers Target hires now a day .

Vine a comprar como normalmente lo hago, agarre un carrito, no note que no tenía una llanta, mi hija estaba adentro del carrito, estaba haciendo mis compras y ella se movió y el carrito se callo con todas mis cosas al piso, la gente me ayudó a levantar el carro y mis cosas.
Mi hija se lastimó y estaba llorando mucho.
Lo reporte a un trabajador de Target y literalmente me ignoró y se fue , me sentí tan mal que me fui de esta tienda.

Cashier charged me twice for the same product. I hadn’t realize until i checked my red circle app receipt. Customer service and target help contact wasn’t helpful. I called guest services this store multiple times during store hours and it just goes hangs up. I called target help support and all they can do is offer me a giftcard, which I can’t even use to pay off my redcircle credit card to get the overcharge taken care of. Either way i still have to pay off that overcharge on my credit. I was upset and disappointed and target support just said they’re going to go now and said bye hung up on me.

This is the first time I’ve felt sad to see a target in such a state. The restrooms are horrible with toilet paper all over the floor and in the sinks. Receipts are scattered across the floor and random things in random places at check out counters or the shelves being disorganized and disheveled. Basically the target looks like it’s apocalypse time with the state of chaos it’s in. I don’t blame the staff though, I think they’re trying their best to keep it organized but the community of shoppers here don’t care to do their part like putting things back where they go or trashing the bathrooms to look worse than some porta potties.

Had a very positive experience at the tech department. I took my 80 yr old mom for help with activation of her phone and the tech there, Joseph, was very helpful. Assistance was prompt and efficient. His knowledge of what he was doing was impressive. He was very kind and patient with my mom. And his care for what she needed help with showed what a compassionate person this guy is. Way to go, Target! Hire more of his kind... please.

The employees stare at you in wide eyed terror instead of acknowledging you like a human being. And the store looks like a garbage dump. It's messy and dirty.

I ordered 2 items for pickup online, I was waiting in my car for 20 minutes, watching people pickup items and leave within 3 minutes. Aboutb8 cars came and left before I could get my stuf. The target workers don’t follow the order at which you arrive, they just grab the smallest bags off the cart and end with the heaviest. (I was able to go return an item inside AND STLL waited 20minutes for 2 items). Terrible. I saw my items and had to ask them to give it to me because they were about to service someone who arrived less than a minute ago. Target workers don’t think with their brains
