Dr. DiMaria has been my doctor for about 17 years! All the haters who wrote the bad reviews must have her mistaken with someone else. She has always taken her time with me at every appointment, explaining things clearly and is very knowledgeable. I have never encountered rudeness with anyone on her staff either and they have always gotten me in for an appointment when needed. When I need prescriptions they are called in right away. Yes, there is sometimes a wait when arriving for an appointment, but what doctor's office doesn't have some kind of waiting time? That's why they call it a waiting room! Small price to pay to see such a true professional.

I give this office 0 stars ! They are rude and not accommodating at all ! All they care about is billing your insurance and not the patient - I have been a patient here over 15 years and because I didn't come into their office last year because I wasn't sick they refused to give me a referral for a dermatologist that I needed to go to for skin cancer - They said I needed to be seen by them first to get a referral and then canceled my appointment because the Dr. had to be on Quarantine and couldn't reschedule me for another month when it took me over two months to get an appointment at my Dermatologist office. They don't care or have compassion for any of their patients. They are say oh well can't hep you! Well they just lost another patient as well as my entire family! I have felt this way for awhile now because this is not first time they have been terrible to us! I don't recommend this office at all!

Extremely rude staff!
So much so that I’ve decided to no longer be seen by this office. I only give it two stars because I found Dr. DiMaria and her assistant very pleasant but if it wasn’t for them I would give this place 0 stars. I witnessed multiple receptionist being very rude to an older lady this afternoon.
Also, it usually takes between 30-40 minutes to be seen every time I come! Not worth it. I will be finding another doctor going forward.

3 times my mother came in complaining about loss of breath and feeling weak. Each time she was worse. "it's covid go home and rest, no you don't need to take one of the tests" is around was she said to her each time. A day after the third visit my mother went to an urgent care. The doctor there took 1 look at my mother and told her to go to the hospital immediately you're anemic. She went and had a 3, people start feeling sick and can't walk at a 9. The normal level is a 13-14. The doctors and nurses couldn't understand how she was walking by herself and honestly wasn't dead. One more day and they said she would have died. If we had listens to her and her inability to diagnose something every other doctor and nurse saw immediately my mother would be dead. This was entirely preventable and is a case of gross negligence on her part. I will never recommend anyone go to her.

The staff at this office is horrendous. I've only been coming there for a couple of years... But that's the one thing that remains consistent: rude, abrasive, impatient staff and long wait times.... The doctor is just ok... She defends her rude staff for some reason. I've had my final bout with this office after the receptionist was rude to me my last visit. Oh, and nobody wears a mask and they have a waiting room of people during pandemic..... Despite if you have covid symptoms or not. Crazy.

The staff is EXTREMELY rude!!! I called yesterday for an appointment, the woman I spoke to RUSHED me off the phone, told me that “they aren’t taking on any new clients”. I was not a NEW CLIENT and when I tried to explain that she got all huffy and puffy and I just had enough. Well, I told my grandmother of my experience and she recommended Dr Muratori. I called his office and even though he is extremely booked, they still got me an appointment and their nearest date possible and they were so kind and helpful. Dr DIMARIA GET THOSE WOMEN OUT OF THAT FRONT OFFICE THEY ARE KILLING YOUR BUSINESS- I WILL NEVER COME BACK THERE AND I AM TELLING MY MOTHER AND TWO BROTHERS TO JUMP SHIP TOO! You should have lots of room for new clients now.
