When in there in the morning of Christmas Eve, hard to find salesperson once I did very rude, didn’t even help me find a pair of jeans I was looking for I ordered a pair. I’m not even sure how they fit, As I was leaving, I saw the brand name of the jeans in my size which she didn’t even offer when I was in dresser room. Do you have to try on them to make sure I ordered the right pair To be mailed, I proceeded to the make up department was looking for a specific lipstick again, not much help, except for a younger blonde girl who was very helpful when I finally found a couple shades they were out of them. I just tried to place an order for Stuart Wiseman boots and pantyhose. I don’t have my Neiman Marcus card yet but when I purchased the jeans in the store, she was able to put them on my card when I went to purchase the boots. He said they can’t do that. I guess it’s called Neiman Marcus for a reason. Needless mark up.

RUDE cashier near Burberry upstairs. Will avoid this store. Oak Brook associates are SO MUCH nicer. No wonder all the stores closed at Northbrook.

I was walking through the cosmetics department with no intention of buying anything. Inna Sirkis started talking to me about Maison Francis Kurkdjian. That was pure joy .She told me the history of the designer , where the names are coming from ,why some of them are red and the other white? What does the color of the bottle top means. It lasted maybe 5 minutes and I felt like I was on a trip to Paris. I was walking through the gardens of Versailles in the clouds of beautiful scents. It was an amazing experience, very relaxing, even now when I'm writing these words I still have a smile on my face.
She gave me few samples so I can make a decision which one I like the most.
It was absolutely amazing All the bottles of perfumes were the same but now I know the difference .
Inna Sirkis -remember her name ,ask her for the history lesson, you will enjoy it .

Yuliya in the men’s department helped me pick out the perfect tie. And then pointed me to the Moncler coat sale rack. They rarely go on sale so I bought a new jacket too.

Worst , cheap filthy and disgusting clothes, cosmetics and bags . Extremely greedy and pathetic environment . If you love to be scammed by brats and jerks then go. It was very disappointing each time I went so I told all my friend and they said they knew.

Very nice looking and clean location one thing is the mens department is very very small and doesn’t have much of a selection wish this location would expand what brand they carry for mens would help increase foot traffic

Customer service is very important to me and I need to give credit when it is performed to such a high degree, that it leaves me impressed. Charley, from the shoe department, actively listens to what I am looking for and makes helpful suggestions about what also I might like. She is surprisingly intuitive and easy to talk to. I didn't always have a great opinion of Neiman Marcus but Charley has me coming back time and again!

The only helpful person - the sales associate who assisted my daughter and I in purchasing a fall coat (children’s clothing). She was very sweet, and even showed my daughter a few cute hats. If I were only reviewing her, this would be a five star review.

After completing the purchase, we went to the skincare and cosmetics department. There was a particular product I was looking for, and none of the associates offered to help. In the past, this has been a non-issue. I stood at three different counters, and no acknowledgment was made. I noticed at least one group of three associates chatting (looking at a cell phone, no less), and another employee paying for her own purchases. But, that was it. Admittedly, a few associates were busy with makeup applications, but, this was (maybe) two of twenty plus employees.

I’m not someone who enjoys writing negative reviews, especially regarding a store I used to love shopping at. Customer service is what makes stores like NM great, and people will revert to shopping online if they can’t get help. It’s ridiculous that in a store full of employees, only one went above and beyond.
