I had the pleasure of receiving two spa treatments today from Miguel. Let me tell you I am now ruined and can never look at any other spa the same way. If there was a bar for spas Lush has definitely raised it. This was the most magical and relaxing experience I have ever had. Miguel is a gem and takes great care and time with you. I was able to enjoy the Highlands body massage and the Validation facial. I also left the store with several goodies not available in the us stores and some Scotland exclusives. If I lived here I’d visit this spa at least once a month if not more and wish I had time to sample other treatments.

My wife and I had an AMAZING time at the Swamp Bath experience with our bath expert, Jess! Jess was so cool and so knowledgeable of the products. We felt so taken care of and were given individual products and instructions specifically designed for our skin types and needs. The room was gorgeous and nostalgic and the music was so soothing. We even received samples of the products we loved! We also had all the tea and water our hearts desired, as well as a treat at the end! Jess even gave us recs around Edinburgh and tips on finding a great tattoo place we asked about. Jess treated us like swamp royalty and we are so happy we treated ourselves! Go see Jess!

Excellent! A most professional and delightful young lady looked after me extremely well.
Have had this treatment several times and always enjoyed the experience but this time it was absolutely superb. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience from the Initiation discussion to the cup of tea at the end - and all down to Kim. She made me feel most comfortable and delivered the treatment tailored entirely to me. So enjoyable!
She’s also to be commended for dealing with the added complication of an 8 month old Guide Dog Puppy in training- Kim was most sympathetic and helpful with the pup! Sincere thanks!

I was treated my husband to the Synaesthesia Massage, Fresh Facial & Tangled Hair Treatment.

The second I walked into the shop everyone was just so lovely and welcoming. I was abit early so I was quite happily just walking around looking at the products and I got speaking to one of the staff members who I had a really good conversation with.

We were chatting about life in general and were she had moved from and I found it really nice that she was really open and friendly.

Then it was time for my treatments and I was met by Miguel who showed me around and explained everything to me. He was fantastic

I won’t go into to many details about these treatments as all I can say is wow this isn’t just a typical massage it was an experience and I absolutely recommend everyone to have these treatments you won’t be disappointed.

Amanda was incredible also, I could have stayed and chatted to her for ages I felt really comfortable around Amanda and I can’t wait to get booked back in again!
