The lady was very rude, dismissive and wouldn't let me talk without trying to over charge me for simple things. It was very obvious she didn't like me for whatever reason and the quality of work showed that I didn't even want my nails finished. My experience was so unpleasant, I can see why they were empty. I won't be going back.

My daughters went to nail salon to try them out but the services was terrible. My oldest daughter went there for a full set and she addressed that she didn’t like her nails and wanted someone and he told her No. Then my youngest went for a fill in and he tried over charger her 45 dollars she has short short nails he say you want powder she said no regular polish then my oldest said something then they want change the price cause they thought she was alone. Then they all was rude and speaking there language never will I go there again. They want to sit you with anyone knowing they don’t know what they are doing. No apologies or anything but sitting talking and laughing. Not professional at all to each there own but I will never go there again sad!!! Zoom in please

I specifically asked the eyebrow lady while tinting that I wanted my eyebrows shaded from light brown to dark brown and she totally didn't do what I requested and made my eyebrows completely dark brown...The eyebrow lady with he bob has a complete attitude problem and she needs to correct it I won't be back..

I past this place all the time and really need a fill in, was willing to do a soak off and just get a new set. I get in quickly (I see why now) an older man rushes through the process, while his attention was everywhere but on me. I notice after putting my left hand under the dryer that it started limping up. He tried several times in between polish coats to grab my hand back while I was checking it out. I point out the polish bubbling up and he tells me that he’ll fix it. He finishes, tell me it’s gonna be $40 and writes the ticket up. I ask can I wash my hands from all the dust and residue he’s like “oh, sorry some people don’t need it.” Then points out where the sink is in the back. I don’t fuss, I finish and pay and notice how dry my hands look, polish not connecting and looking old. This morning my nail had bubbled up again and another nail’s polish is lifting like it’s ready to be peeled off. I’m assuming the polish used was or old or something. Never again.

I hate this place they rushed to do my nails and they are ugly now then he didnt give me what i wanted he told me it was ugly and proceeded to do what he wanted to do then charged me $90 for them and not to mention he cut me and my thumb nails are not even the same length i would not recommend.

If I could give this place no stars I would! The customer service here is terrible! I’ve been coming here for sometime now and I’ve noticed that they do not clean out their pedicure bowls after a customer just got their feet done and that’s unsanitary! They get mad when you ask them to clean it with soap and not just freaking hot water. They are lazy and it’s literally one person that can do feet right and about 3 people that can actually kill a full set. P needs to get new techs in here and change the whole experience here because I don’t know what’s going on here. This will be my last visit. Oh and they don’t sanitize the utensils they use on us here at all!!! I may have to call the board of health at this point

Update: Tried them again on 6/14/2024 and the place had sooooo many roaches crawling around!!! Like nooooo we got straight out of there!

Update: I tried again because I was in a rush got a pedicure it was very rushed, the lady kept side eying me with the nastiest attitude. They’re unsanitary, the don’t clean their products and the place smelled like FEET. I will be calling the board of health on this establishment. I say we BOYCOTT them! PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS. They’re horrible. Oh they were also gambling for money. The lady in the pic is who did pedicure horrible
