Great place to shop in East Nashville. Kroger is also nearby if you don't find what you need. I have been meaning to ask Publix if they price match because often times some of there items, if price matched, would be of benefit to my budget. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The parking lot is spacious and convenient. This is an underrated amenity of the grocery shopping experience. To have the space and thought-out entrance/exit points, dedicated pedestrian paths through the parking lanes makes a big difference compared to lesser developed grocery stores. This Publix is always on the top of my list to do the mundane chore of shopping for essentials. I just wish their prices were more competitive with their competition. Other than, this location would have got 5-Stars from me. But price-point is important and deserves consideration in such a review.

I’m so glad to have his Publix on Gallatin Road. It’s small, easy to shop, and well-stocked. Deon is always very friendly and professional. He definitely deserves to be in a management position (which I think he is) He knows the customers well and consistently gives great customer service with a smile.

Tips: 1) Avoid Sundays, 2) Grab the first parking spot you see, 3) Put your shopping cart away correctly. The lot is too small for runaway carts.

This was my first and last time coming to this location. The store is fully stocked and the associates were amazing. Ms.Arnitra my cashier was the best I give her 1,000 stars. The reason I gave a 1 is because of the racist top flight security you have on staff . I couldn’t shop in peace because he followed me all around the store up to the cash register and out the door . I want be coming back

My roommate went in at 10:30am today 1/9/25. The checkout lady was BEYOND rude. She was muttering curses under her breath and tossing (almost throwing) our groceries at my roommate who had to bag everything herself & was trying to be helpful. She kept checking her watch and had an abysmal attitude. My angel roommate came back in tears after she so graciously went to get us groceries as I’m getting over sickness & there is a snow coming up and did not deserve this. I try to be understanding & courteous and rarely ever leave bad reviews/complain, but I will be calling corporate about this.

Friendly workers and a very clean store! They had what we needed when we stopped in, and the person that checked us out was extremely friendly. The parking lot is a little tight, but everyone driving on the lot seemed to know that and drove cautiously.

I love how helpful and friendly all the employees are. I enjoy all the selections in the deli. I like that they carry their own brand of my favorite cereal I can't find at other groceries.
