Le magasin est bien positionné. Les produits sont diversifiés et bien organisés sur les étagères.
Les espaces de parking devraient être identifiés par des numéros pour permettre aux nouveaux clients d'identifier facilement leur lieu de stationnement.

Nice store, but multiple things at register didn't cone up as clearance/sale, as they were marked on aisles. Checkout wouldn't mark them down, had to go back and take pictures of the displays and verified unit size and item code, then checkout still wouldn't mark them down, and I'd have to go to customer service to check out. It would still be OK if they admitted there was a mistake then, but they closely eyed my photos, suspiciously, but "gave" me the discount. And didn't make any indication that they'd fix it in the system or take signs down. $3.25 price difference per item, overcharging everyone who buys them. Not cool at all.

Had one of the best experiences today at this Publix store! I went in to find some chips, and after looking and not being able to find the ones I usually pickup (Mission thin and crispy), I opted to ask one of the employees. I ended up asking the Store Manager, Steve, about the chips that I could not find. Without having had the chance to finish my sentence, Steve told me that he would go to the isle with me to look for the item. While walking, Dana (another store manager), showed up on our way to the isle to ask Steve something, and he politely explained that he was assisting me and if she could also assist, if possible. They both immediately started to look throughout their shelves for the chips in question, and additionally verified within their systems to see if they had any in stock. Steve went as far as reaching out to their neighboring Publix to confirm if they had any so that I would not waste my trip. While still searching for the chips, a third Manager, Gene, also showed up and greeted me and his team members and began to see what he could do to help. He went to the back to make sure that there was not any surplus that was not accounted for from a previous delivery. The kindness, humility, compassion, and thoughtfulness that was rendered to me was more than what I could have ever conceived any store manager, let alone a group of three separate ones, provide a patron with who is looking for potato chips on a Monday night. They all made my day! Steve, Gene, and Dana are the epitome of qualified and hard-working employees that deserve all the praise they can! Their arduous attempt at helping me in exchange for nothing, other than my satisfaction, is the reason why I will be a loyal customer of this Publix store for years to come! Thanks to their innate work ethic and the rapport that they help create with their patrons, people like myself find themselves returning to Publix; "Where shopping is a pleasure!"

Avoid the Deli. After 1 hour in line (only 6 people), I asked for 2 Chicken tender sandwiches, the employee rolled her eyes and walked off. She came back to tell me it'll be 20 minutes and to get back in line. I asked if she could make the sandwiches when the chicken was ready to avoid having to stand in line for another hour... She ignored my question and asked for the next person. I understand that people have bad days, but this isn't the first time the deli workers have been rude.

Placed 2 subs for pick-up. Waited 30 minutes past pick-up time and only got 1 out of the 2. Waited a bit longer but the 2nd sub was completely wrong. Good thing I didn't have allergen complications with the one they made wrong.

This location needs more people at the deli making pick-up orders and in-person.

Ordered a few items for pick up yesterday afternoon and I got an additional charge of $15 dollars after pick up. App said it was a price adjustment for a tray of chicken that had coated $30 instead of the expected $10 they had calculated. To my surprise, when I got home the tray price tag was only $11.95. Immediately submitted a complaint on the app and it’s been almost 20 hours and still haven’t heard from anyone explaining why I was charged $30 for a product that clearly costed only $12. What a scam!
