Très bel supermarché de qualité, avec de bons produits. Par contre les grandes marques sont plus cher ici que chez le concurrent qui commence avec Wall et fini par Mart.. Mais pour les produits bio, fruits et legumezcertemens mieux ici !

I had the worst experience here!! They had a sign which says three wellness shots for $6 and they were telling me that the product was not correct yet they gave a gentleman before me that pricing. The cash register employee named Ron accused me and my colleague (we are both nurses dressed in our scrubs, just getting off shift) that we probably put alcohol in our wellness shots when we honestly just want to make sure we are as healthy and protected as we can be especially with all the sickness that’s going around in the hospital. Customer service manager, Henry and Phil were of no assistance and would not honor the pricing, even though it was clearly placed right in front of the wellness shots. Even though we expressed that other people were getting the same deal, they would not honor it for us and that is completely not just and right of them. I would not recommend this publix to anyone. The customer service and their lack of accountability cannot be overlooked.

The staff is friendly and helpful, the store is clean and well stocked, and they have self checkout! Now I know there are those who don't like self checkout because it is not as personable and also they feel like they're working so you may not enjoy this feature. As for me, I enjoy self checkout because sometimes I just want to get in and out quickly with a few items and self checkout helps me be efficient. No wasted movements. Now with Publix they still have open lanes (unlike other grocery stores that go majority self checkout) to have a cashier assist you with checking out. Definitely one of the good Publix stores in town.

Good shopping. Clean, light, well stocked and good variety. Nice produce. Good Deli for lunch meats or fresh cooked foods and sub sandwiches. People friendly. Prices a bit high on everything but the bogo makes up for some of that.

Bought some dog treats at Publix and first time I gave them to my two year-old dog he got violently ill necessitating making a vet appointment. Called and asked for a manager just to fill him in. Acted totally un concerned. Never asked me how the dog is doing now, never recommended bringing the product back for a refund and simply said “keep me posted"..
Before we hung up, I said don’t you want to take down my name and phone number and he said "yeah OK go ahead and give it to me". Very inappropriate response by Publix management.

Now it’s April 2024 and I’m shopping for Passover. What a difference from last year. They hardly have anything! Such a disappointment!!!
I can’t find the big boxes that have 5 boxes of matzoh at any of their stores in Fort Myers.

It’s pitiful. Another lady was there with me and we both explained to the manager how last year it was amazing and this year it’s truly unfortunate how downhill it went. I need to open up a Jewish deli around here… because the Jewish community is thriving.. and we have nothing.

I’m spreading the word so everyone knows to come here. So many stores barely carry anything and I was just so pleasantly surprised to see this lovely display as soon as I walked in the store.

I want to give a huge shoutout to the amazing staff at Publix Super Market Summerlin Crossings and especially Manager Marissa Ross! Today, my mother forgot her credit card during her shopping trip, and the team went above and beyond to assist her. They were so understanding and helped her find a solution so she could complete her purchase. Their kindness and support made her day so much better. Thank you, Publix, for always providing excellent service and caring for your customers!

I wasn't sure if I needed a Publix card to get the savings. The nice last at the cash register explained I did not need that to get sale items. That was helpful since I don't live in Florida. The store is very clean and offers a wide variety of items.
