We made a catering order of $800 for our company party on 12/25 and the party was on 12/28. We had a confirmation email and received another notification the day of to pick up our order, which said we had a pick up time of 9:45pm. We showed up at 9:40pm to find that they “couldn’t find our order”. We ended up not getting our order and the store manager (who wasn’t there and we spoke to on the phone) was rude and not apologetic at all. She told us that they could refund it or we could pick it up tomorrow. We don’t need it for tomorrow, we need our order the day we made the order for. They ruined our company party and didn’t seem to care. This is unbelievable and incredibly frustrating, they just lost $800 and lost any future business.

My wife went here to buy food for us for dinner. I love Chipotle, but my wife's food was such a waste of money. Why didn't you put more meat on it if you gave me this much rice? And why are you charging us so much money for food that would barely fill up a toddler, much less a grown adult? Also, my wife said that the employees' attitudes were very rude. They were constantly interrupting my wife and our other two friends and rushing through their orders as if they were about to lock the doors, my friend was equally as frustrated as my wife at the way they treated the three of them. It was two younger girls who worked tonight (1/31) at 9:40 p.m. They were being lazy and didn't want to care about the customers, they just wanted to sit around and not work for the last 30 minutes of their shift. If that's your attitude then go get a different job, don't work in the service industry. You can see for yourself how terrible the food is.

I understand that it was late at night. But the restaurant does not close until 10pm, and my wife came in with our two friends to grab food to-go because they finished their work late. They weren't trying to sit down and make the workers stay late, so why did the workers have an attitude about my wife and our two friends stopping by to buy some food quickly. You don't need to punish your customers just because you are upset that you were scheduled to close. If they came in 5 minutes before you closed, I could understand your frustration, but being rude and giving the customer barely anything in their food because they came in 20 minutes before you closed for a TO-GO ORDER is unreasonable.

To anyone else who might be planning to stop here to grab some food, don't waste your time here. You'll find much more polite service and bigger food portions at other late-night restaurants in the area (try Hawaiian Bros just down the highway, who are open until 11pm and are ALWAYS polite.)

Food was great. But the “manager” on shift was super rude. To customers and to her employee. He did his job by asking us for our ID and she still gave him an attitude demanding to check our IDS. We ordered half and half on our bowl and she looked at us like we were stupid. From reading other reviews she probably isn’t the best person to be in charge. All other employees were great!

thought i’d risk it. chicken was marinated in hellfire. peppers were tasteless. white rice tasted like the rice i made in the microwave when i was 7. guac had a texture similar to window glazing oozing from the tube on a 120* day. the young lady greeting me said ‘i don kno what in it’ when i pointed to the 3’x3’ sign above her head of a lovely chicken carbonara. my Spanish is a little rusty, but I think carbonara translates to ‘you better stop and buy an extra dozen rolls of toilet paper on the way home’. Gross.

Got 2 of the same exact burritos with steak 1 was fine and then I get to the 2nd, took 2 bites and guess what?!?!?!! no meat just everything else!!!!!! It was an hour before close so I guess they ran out meat and didn't want to make any more, so they just left out without telling me and letting me know so I could've at least gotten store credit or something.

I placed on online order & showed up at the promised time. I had to wait for 30 min after that time. I checked my order in the car & was missing queso. When I went back in, they acknowledged they KNEW it was missing but they had no more ready so it would be another 10 min. I asked for a refund & was told I'd have to do it online. Then she turned to deal with another pissed off customer. When I asked her to show me where to request a refund online she got an attitude and the manager had to step in. Manager gave me a refund at the register & said they are under new management & are trying to get things under control.

Update:
It's been 10 days and no sign of that refund on my card. This is how the new management handles things. We will never order here again. Go a few exits south to Freebirds off Stacy, where your order is actually ready when they say, has everything you paid for and they smile when they hand it to you.

I’ve been ordering at this location pretty frequently for the past couple of weeks and honestly, the food quality is always a gamble. I place my order online for a set time and I either get cold food or warm food. I just never know. The guacamole is either brown or fresh. Ordering the fajita veggies is the biggest risk you can take. You can either get them or not. Most of the time the bowl looks empty or filled with a lot a rice and less meat. I try to avoid ordering food here during lunch time, because I know most of the time I’ll be disappointed.
