Je vie en France et utilise les produit de Igel beauty, je n’ai jamais eu de problème avec leurs produits. Leurs services clients est hyper réactif et répondent à nos questions avec précision. J’espère ne jamais avoir de problème avec eux car j’en serai déçu ?.
Malheureusement les frais sont assez élevés du coup j’attends les grosse promo pour avoir une commande rentable si non je commanderai plus souvent.

Please be absolutely sure before purchasing anything from this company. They do not state anywhere online there is a 20% restocking fee .

I needed to return my product because the color chart that we received was very unattractive compared to what we saw online. …Already feeling kind of annoyed that I would have to pay a 20% stocking fee that I was unaware of when purchasing . ..I made sure to pack everything nicely and to include their free gift when shipping my return box because I didn’t want to pay any additional charges.

Note: I did not open a single nail polish bottle after seeing the color chart because I knew I did not want to keep the product.

After they received my box, they said that there were a few items that were damaged and that I would have to pay another restocking fee on those damaged items….?

I have attached pictures of the emails that Kristine from i-gel has emailed me. Her first message was that there were “several” polishes that were damaged. —- How could the items be damaged if I packed it so securely like they had packed it and nail polish bottles are incredibly hard to open. How could they be damaged if I did not open a single bottle? —- I thought “OK don’t stress just take the loss on a few nail polish bottles…”

Her follow up message said that there were 42!!! Damaged polishes, and that my refund will now only be $140!!! in the email. She stated that because the products were damaged that I will now have to pay a 50% restocking fee.

I paid $308.80…. Was already sad about having to eat the cost and accept $230.48 in gift card as a refund…. Then find out that I would only be getting$ 140.54…. I lost over 50% with nothing to show for it!!!!

She even attached a picture of the box with products in all disarray saying that I shipped the product back like that . …The color chart wasn’t even in the envelope that I placed it in…. I feel like if they’re going to charge a restocking fee they should at least film the unpacking process…

So take this information as you want … I’m just trying to help everyone else out there to not get scammed by this company. Imagine so easily losing over $150 and having absolutely no product… they wouldn’t even offer me to pay for shipping to get the damaged products back… probably because they are going to get acetone and clean up those bottles that they damaged on purpose and resell it to somebody else… this should be illegal

If I can give them negative stars I would. Their customer service sucks. I placed 2 large orders with them and have been waiting for my packages for over 2 weeks now. I have checked the tracking info everyday since I placed my order and all it says is pre shipment. When I contacted them they claim that they shipped my order already which is a lie because usps has not scanned the package. All they can say is to keep waiting for my items they refused to send me a new package or offer any kind of compensation due to I had to pay $10 for shipping for each package. Also they said I had to wait almost 2 months to file a claim to confirm that my package is lost which is insane. They lie on the website saying your order will arrive by a certain day and it doesn’t. Their supervisors also suck feels like if you’re talking to a robot as they don’t show any empathy towards their customers. I will never be ordering any product from them again. They caused me to miss out on my school that I paid out of pocket due to my tools and supplies not being here on time. Not worth the headache to order from them save your money and get yourself some real quality products from someone else.

There is not a single star for this company, the customer service is terrible, the rules they give are ridiculous. I paid more than 1000$ but if I return the goods I have to pay 200$ for a 20% fee based on your purchase amount.
This company forces customers to return goods to pay a 20% fee and cannot pay to the original payment card, instead you will have to receive an igel store credit card, you can only buy their products and not use them. used for other purposes, while I just received the goods and 3 days later I asked to return the goods, because the gel they sold I saw that it was not beautiful, I intend to return it to see if there is a better type... When you receive the goods, all the paints in it are mixed, and there are no individual boxes numbered in order, then I spent a lot of time choosing the numbers from dsmallest to largest, and many more. Different paints that I bought were mixed together...

I love their products, but their business practices are shady, borderline illegal. The pictures on their website don’t always accurately portray the colors they sell. I placed a big purchase and wanted to exchange 4 products.

Because of their restocking fee, I was only given back 41% of the money I paid them. And when they issued me a refund, they didn’t give me back my sales tax (IT IS YOUR LEGAL OBLIGATION TO GIVE ME MY SALES TAX BACK). So they kept 59% of my money AND they kept my sales tax, because their website shows inaccurate descriptions of their colors. On top of the is, it took them over a month to “find” my return in their warehouse.

So they had me wait over a month for less than 50% of my money and to be stolen from. Shady business practices. Their customer service team makes no effort in their responses, they don’t even read the entire email. Just get an idea of what you’re emailing about and then shoot out a pre written macro so that they don’t even have to work.

Give your money to someone better.

Katelyn in customer service is the best! There was a delay with my order because of the weather, but Katelyn stepped up and tracked my order. Then, she sent two additional updates to let me know the status and the delivery date. Exceptional service!

THIS BUSINESS IS HORRIBLE. I ordered a lot of product that got sent back to them at no fault of my own during the pandemic. I was talking with a representative who said they just never got one of my packages back. So I asked for a refund since I NEVER received any of the items I paid for. Which were on their way back to them completely brand new and untouched. And I was told all sales are final. But realistically there was no sale. I never received any product from them. I ordered back in June it is now September. I’ve emailed SEVERAL times now and they are COMPLETELY IGNORING ME! I was so excited for my products.. I really was. But now I’m just out over $150.00. And no one wants to help me. This is seriously beyond GREEDY. I was more than happy to support your business during this time. And things didn’t work out, but obviously they do not respect or support their clientele. Thanks for keeping my money while I get nothing in return. Super fab! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE BUT I WILL TELL THEM HOW YA’LL robbed me during a nationwide pandemic.

They hide reviews just so you can’t tell how bad they really are. Their cheap acrylics marble really bad making them unusable. Their processing times are terrible. You receive an email stating that processing will take 2-3 business days, it’s even on the website but then 2 weeks later they still haven’t processed your order. I had to literally go on their Facebook page and blast them before they would even respond to me. I emailed them several times and the one time they responded they insisted that I pay an additional $10 for expedited processing although, I had already waited 5 business days (which was 8 days in reality), 2 more days than they say you have to wait. Then they tried to tell me processing takes 10 business days, but I mentioned how that wasn’t the case when I ordered, and no one alerted me of this until I reached out to you. They refused to refund the money and they stopped answering my emails once I asked for a refund. All in all customer service is extremely poor. They need to understand customer service and their products are terrible. I would not recommend spending money on this company. I learned my lesson the hard way.
