Had an amazing meal at Blue Fire Restaurant & Bar. I ordered the Shahi Korma Goat (with bone)—it was incredibly flavorful, tender, and full of rich, aromatic spices. The shareable naan basket was the perfect side—fresh, warm, and great for soaking up the sauce.

I also had a mango shake, and it was the perfect refreshing finish—smooth, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness.

Great food, great portions, and a cozy atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back to try more from their menu!

Based on the online reviews I went to this Indian restaurant. About 2 Kms to the right from Highway 1 if you are going towards Calgary.
Food was tasty, service was quick, quantity was adequate
We ordered the following-
1) chicken 65 - the best ( reordered one more plate)
2) Momos platter - very good
3) Naan - very good
4) chicken tikka masala - average and it was not exactly a Chicken Tikka masala. Capaicum really ? And no tikka in tikka masala Just breast pieces but were tender - would recommend trying something else.
The bad - Ladies washroom was unattended and was in a horrible condition.

I’m regular customer of the restaurant.I ordered veg manchoorian for take out get fully burnt food that was totally garbage.its taste was very bad.its not first time it happened lots of time but I ignored.im adding pic i get.thnks

Stop in for supper just last weekend as my wife loves Butter Chicken and the rice. First time to eat here and well I must say the customer service was very pleasant. The atmosphere was enjoyable with nice background music art to look at. The pricing of the meal was great, and the quality and quantity was also pretty good. I will share some photos of the meal we enjoyed in hopes that you might want to give this restaurant a try. As you might read another review from such person that goes by Milan Thakkar and think oh dear this can't be a good place but some people have nothing better to do than complain about places and with only four reviews I can only imagine that this persons review is 100% FAKE.

The restaurant has Indian music in the background, paintings and statues. Their vegan dishes are delicious 😋 For the entire time it feels like being back in India, savouring the unique spices, food and culture. Sometimes they talk Punjabi and how I wish to walk out and find the street turned into a market with vendors calling bargains - bags full of spices, incense burning, the brightest silk scarfs and clothing.
The food in Blue Flame honours the traditional way of cooking and serving.

One of my favorite Indian restaurants anywhere. We try and go here for dinner any time we come into town to visit family.
Butter chicken, madras curry, aloo gobi, lamb biryani are our go-to dishes, and they are all fabulous.
If you like Indian and love great service, give it a try.

We were on a road trip and staying in Medicine Hat for the night. We decided to try Blue Flame because of the positive reviews on here, and they did not disappoint. The restaurant is spacious and comfortable. Service is excellent and very friendly. I had the mango shake… excellent and paired well with the food. I tried the paneer lababdar. So good! Loved it. We also ordered the bread basket, which includes three types of naan and another kind of bread. Good value! My partner enjoyed their butter chicken. Would definitely stop back if we’re in the area again.

Some of the best Indian/Nepalese food I have ever had (and I lived in Vancouver for 4 years). Also best food I’ve had in Medicine Hat by far. I had the Shahi Paneer, it was so flavourful and rich and seemed really high quality. They had an amazing selection of food, especially for vegetarians. The place was so calm and inviting with nice music and friendly servers. I would definitely go back!
