The employees here are too notch! I had quite a scare tonight while trying to take my dogs for a treat and they bolted. They all did quick work to help and when we finally got my dogs back and in the store they watched and loved on them while I almost died. Sharon was amazing! And the other girl I hate that I can’t remember her name…they were both so great. I can’t say enough good things about them. This place deserves all the business over the big box stores. Thank yall so much! ?

This place is overpriced and pushy. I give it two stars only because if you go in with another person like I did, it is easier to only leave with what you go in for when they are having a sale that makes the prices worth it. My fiance stayed in to pay while I took our puppy to the car and he said they did nothing but try to add stuff on then refused to let him carry our purchase himself. We are thankful for what we got, but will not be going back.

My daughter in law brought me here for a visit Sunday. Pick up DaPurrPellers for my girls she recommended. After several fun days playing with their fur couple wanted a few for mine.

The staff are friendly. Helpful. Attentive.

The store supports offering the opportunity to purchase treats for the local shelter and we happily accepted.

We were given a random assortment of free items: two small bags of treats to try, and two small cans of cat food. This was very kind as I’m working to TNR a few young cats found on my block. These will be helpful.

We were able to find a variety of the cat toys we wanted. And, extra so I could buy one for my family’s kitties.

Based on other reviewers remarks about customer service, for me this experience is a win.

If you prefer the staff of a store don’t speak with you or treat you like you’re at a restaurant with a server who’s attentive to needs, answers questions, and wants to do their best you may not appreciate the service.

Since online shopping has taken off I’ve noticed a decline in customer service at many locations of stores. The vibe I experienced here is attentive, refreshing, a desire to stand out above the rest.

If you’re use to blah blah whatever service this is gonna be an awakening.

For me, when I’m visiting if my daughter in law wants to stop by this store I’m a resounding yes, let’s go.

Thank you for your effort to be a store that does their best to provide for customers in an outstanding way.

Love how friendly the staff is. They always open the door for you once you arrive, carry the items for you, and bring them to your car. Kinda pricey on certain items but very nice.

This place is a true gem. I went here early in the morning for a new harness for my pup, and I immediately was greeted by both staff with happy, smiling faces. They were kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and truly one of a kind. A few weeks later, they sent me a handwritten thank you card! I would give 10 stars if I could!!! Thank you for being so kind 🙂
