I had the most amazing experience(s) at Chanel!!! The first time I went I was helped by Bethani, who was absolutely wonderful!! She was so knowledgeable, kind and helpful. She left such an impression that I returned the next week. This time I was assisted by both Cindy and Victoria. They showed me and my friend (who was a first time visitor) the most awesome time. We laughed, we chatted, they talked us through most of the Les Exclusifs collection. We both walked away with a new fragrance and I surely walked away as a lasting Chanel customer. Between the quality of product and the quality of A+ service that Bethani, Cindy, and Victoria provided, I can honestly say that I am now a life-long Chanel fanatic!!! This store will be my go-to for the foreseeable future!!

Went in today with my teen daughter to get a powder and had the best experience, everyone in the store so pleasant , helpful and knowledgeable. Victoria was helping me and I ended up buying few cosmetics items, and a first Chanel perfume for my daughter and another one for myself, the ladies were so sweet and they made my daughter feel so special, she received a bracelet and a few perfume samples. We will definitely come back !

There were about 5-6 workers at the store, but none of them acknowledged our presence. They did not greet us or offered to help. We were in the store for a good 15 minutes. The store was almost empty. They greeted two white customers as soon as they walked in. We were about to purchase but ended up leaving the store since none of the workers wanted our business. Very racist group of women.

I will never EVER purchase anything from Chanel again. Purchased sunglasses and hydra beauty serum for my step daughter. Got home and she tried the sunglasses on ONCE and she didn’t like them so I tried to return them. Tyler, the manager/director informed me that they had been worn so he couldn’t return them. Mind you, I was well within the 14 day policy and had all the tags, ribbons, receipts…everything. I asked him, so you can’t purchase a gift for someone and they try them on? His response, they have to try on in the store. What store does that?!? I’ve always loved Chanel products but I’ve always purchased from Nordstrom. Not only will I not be shopping at Chanel, I will not buy any of their products anywhere!!! There are too many companies with better products and better customer service.

Went to this location today. My friends and I browsed the lipglosses and perfume. I didn’t make a purchase but my friend purchased some cologne for her hubby. The sales associate who helped us was nice. I will return to make a purchase soon.
