Best reptile store in town!!! Terry is very knowledgeable and passionate about his animals. I’ve wanted a snake for forever and was ready to make that dream come true. As a first time reptile owner I wanted to make sure I got everything right for my next family member. And him and his employee Kai were very welcoming and educating (don’t worry I also did my own). Went to the store and found this beautiful California kingsnake which was perfect. I highly recommend anyone who is seasoned in the hobby or just starting to go to Chaotic Xotics. Very welcoming atmosphere

Super awesome store. You couldn't ask for a nicer owner. Terry really cares about the reptiles, the store and most of all the customer. He is super knowledgeable and will help with any issue or question you may have no matter how long it takes. All in all this is the best store I have ever been to. Thanks for every Terry!

Just left with a kenya sand boa and tarantula wonderful place for information and prices. We come from out of province just to visit. 🙂

We are from out of town but visit medicine hat frequently, we always make chaotic exotics a must stop! Terry is the most knowledgeable guy in the reptile industry we have ever met ! He is such a great guy and is always helpful no matter how many questions you ask ! Hes happy to share any and all information. His shop is super organized and there are so many fun critters to look at. All of his animals are very well cared for and it shows. We are always excited to stop in and love his helpful advice every time we do. Thanks Terry!!!!

I think this is review 100?! Chaotic Xotics deserves a 100 star rating if not more! Extremely well cared for animals. Honest and friendly atmosphere, with down to earth advice. One of the things I love about Terry's shop is his realistic sense of what makes a good companion animal, all while keeping YOUR interests in mind. His knowledge base is seemingly endless when it comes to finding the perfect companion animal for you and your lifestyle.

This is a wonderful place to visit. The proprietor Ida wealth of knowledge and they even host children's birthday parties! Absolutely amazing!
