Really strange. I've been a patient of Dr. Morris for over 10 years. I call to make an appointment and they are saying they no longer take any other insurance than Medicare. Something is definitely going wrong here. So you are just dropping all of your patients without telling them or providing any referrals? I would expect more from a professional. I guess customer service is a lot to ask for these days. If you are thinking of going here and you value customer service and stability, please reconsider.

After going to this doctor for 17 years, I was told by a cold receptionist the office will only attend Medicare / Medicaid from now on and my appointment was canceled. With my wife, not even the courtesy and even made her do the incorrect blood work. Beyond abusive service and terrible experience. Avoid this place.

I had the most unpleasant phone interaction with some person at this office. I called and the person said hello as if they are answering a home phone. I had to ask if this was a doctor's office. I asked if they accept a certain insurance because I recently changed mine. Then she says they're not accepting new patients. You think she would ask if I'm a current patient no. I had to tell her I'm not a new patient. What is it with the bad attitude and nasty tone? Keep it! I'm already sick I don't want to go there and pay money to get an attitude. I have a high deductible so I would be paying them to give me attitude. No thanks! Time to hunt for a new doctor.

La peor administración de una oficina que he ido aqui en los Estados Unidos, me sorprende que no haya un lugar donde se pueda denunciar la mala atención de servicio medico donde debería ser la mejor atención , van mucho pacientes mayores y necesitados de resolver situaciones de manera rápida por el estado del paciente. Al Dr Morris solo lo ha visto una o dos veces, sin mucho que decir al respeto amable y rápido , básico diría yo. Hasta me da miedo ir al preguntar algo
Debería haber un lugar donde denunciar estos casos y que vayan a inspeccionar la oficina . Es como que le estan haciendo a uno el favor de atenderlos.

Totally mismanaged office. Dr. Morris is a very competent doctor and very efficient… when you can actually get to him. But no one in his office ever picks up the phone, they dropped our insurance (Federal BCBS, seriously?) and I’ve been calling for the past week to explore how to pay them in cash in order to not have to find a new doctor and I can’t even get through to discuss that. Nope. I’m done.

I have never met such an incompetent office in my life. I wonder if the doctor really knows what his staff is doing Ericka, who makes the referrals, does not want to work, and Desiree, the supervisor, is very confrontational. If you need an internist, I do not recommend going to this office.
