Best cashier at this location is Jennifer! She is so very patient, thoughtful and overall a very nice person. My husband shops there every week and he always goes through her line. I hope No Frills provides her with some recognition for the amazing and dedicated staff member she is.

My review started negative: no bananas, broccoli is clearly days past fresh and is rotting, couldn't find corn tortillas, again.

My review improved as:

One of your young men in produce was every helpful and kind.

I observed your dairy manager exhibit grace and kindness when interacting with a cognitively exceptional young man, who through no fault of his own was inappropriately engaging with some customers (nothing threatening whatsoever). In your next life, consider a career in special education, my friend; you handled the situation perfectly.

This is a great location in Newmarket. The aisles are well spaced and not crowd compared to other locations. Produce are well sourced and fresh. For those who are looking for a quick in and out, there are cashier-less check out stations, making it super convenient.

ATTENTION CUSTOMERS, THEY HAVE A POTENTIAL TO CHARGE MORE!
This store has made the same mistake twice when charging me. They scan the same product but with different product numbers they have a habit of charging the more expensive one. This is a very simple task, yet they fail to do it correctly. I don’t know if they are trained to do this on purpose or just careless, but it’s very frustrating for customers. I had to spend extra time correcting their mistakes at checkout. This should not happen repeatedly.

I had bad experience with the owner, John Dickie. I asked a question regarding a price adjustment and was met with an extremely rude and distasteful response. He had no common decency and spoke in an extremely degrading and condescending way. I have never been so disrespected for no reason.

This is the best No Frills store I have ever visited! Great selection of grocery,fresh produce. Store is sparkling clean and staff are helpful and pleasant.
