We took our puppy here a few times. First time was great. Next few times were with a new groomer who raised the price by $10 each time and said our puppy was difficult and needed a muzzle. We’ve since switched to a different groomer who had no issues with our puppy.

I have a 160lb rough fur saint bernard. He doesn't get along well with other dogs but they were able to keep him separate from the others. He's never been in a cage before because last time was such a fight with him but they got him in without any hassle. His tail fur is hard to get because he's constantly flicking his tail out of your grasp but they were able to get all the knots out. So very impressed with the hospitality, the quality of work and their extremely fair pricing. Will most definitely back!

Terrible customer service, think working with DOGS they’d be more understanding when a dog is nervous and pees on the floor, we offered to clean and she made us leave!!! She was so rude too, called us rude for him peeing.

Staff was extremely nice and very pet friendly. They actually sympathized with our dog and the discomfort she was in having knots in her fur along the paws. They did an outstanding job on the her grooming and the nails looked perfect even though they hadn’t been trimmed in years. I couldn’t be more pleased!!

First time bringing my two dogs today. My big dog Charlie doesn’t like his nails being done. They’ll it took 3 of us and I must say they worked hard and were calm to get them done.

Gave my little dog Sammie a haircut! Wow such a good job. I am more to the city and tried several place and now I can only go to them! Definitely found a groomer here in SJ!

Brought my Bernese in today, they did a beautiful job on him! Took care of his matted fur and made him look so handsome thank you again we will definitely be back
