An awesome store for enthusiasts and newcomers alike, this card game store has everything you could ask for. It’s so much fun to just walk around and take in everything, and they also have tournaments for loads of different games. The staff are extremely friendly and go above and beyond for the asks and needs you have! I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely be visiting again.

Ordered some sleeves online for the first because i couldnt make it to the store while visiting the area. Selected the shipping option since i couldn’t pick up.
A couple of hours later, they sent me an email telling me i had the wrong shipping option and that i owed them an extra 10$ by paypal or etransfer. If you’re unable to fulfill orders because you make an error on your website, that shouldn’t be the customer’s fault.
Once i told them that they should still fulfill on their mistake or refund, they basically just told me they could care less about my order and to go order elsewhere.
Despite the cheaper prices on their website. At this point i’d rather order somewhere else online and pay more to a company who’ll actually care about their clients. Had heard some bad things about customer service, but after this, i can say i won’t be ordering from their ever…

I play dnd mostly but they're always friendly and ready to show me the newest game.
