We have been a customer of Freedom for 5 years. Our rep has been extremely detrimental to our expansion and success. When other suppliers were funneling full lines and products that were not successful into our small boutique, Freedom assisted in getting us the base, top products to build our cliental up. From keeping us in the loop with pijac and trade shows to sending us company reps to educate us on products. I cant say enough for how much they have helped us. Even during the economical crash the passed year, the accounting department offered us assistance to keep purchasing. Grateful for the southern Ontario team.

For some reason, the dog food that I was using for my rescued dog didn’t agree with her digestion so was exchanging for different content (chicken to lamb). The whole process lasted less than 10 minutes….uounh lady at front desk was so professional and helpful as well as the gentleman who handled the exchange of bags of food…absolutely the best service!!!!!
