Absolutely unacceptable. Coming to shop on the weekend only to find most of the grocery shelves empty has become a frequent issue at this location. A store should be properly stocked for peak shopping times, but this continues to happen over and over again. Very disappointing experience.

I can't say enough good things about this FreshCo! The team here is incredible! Always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in their work.

Dave runs a fantastic store, and it's clear that his leadership fosters a great work environment. Ethan is an outstanding employee, consistently going above and beyond. And Bill, what a legend! I hope to see him here until the day he decides to retire.

When I talk to employees like Ethan and Bill, it's a perfect example of what a workplace should be. They take just as much pride in the store as Dave does, and it truly shows in their service.

If there's a round of promotions coming up, I'd absolutely vouch for Ethan, Bill, and the blonde lady who’s usually at express checkout, they all deserve it!!

Very Disappointed

I had a very unpleasant experience at Fresco Supercenter around July 11 at approximately 8:56 AM. I went to buy a simple item — a pack of Snickers for $1.68. I had $1.65 in cash with me and politely asked the cashier if that was okay, as it was just 3 cents short.

She immediately refused and said, “No, you must pay the 3 cents.” I explained I didn’t have any more change, but she didn’t care. No understanding, no flexibility — just cold and robotic: “Not my problem.”

So, I was forced to pay the remaining 3 cents by credit card — just for 3 cents. Over a penny per item, the staff and management chose to treat a customer like that.

Shame on the cashier, shame on the management, and shame on the store’s customer service. Is this how you treat people over a few cents? It’s not just about money — it’s about basic respect.

Never shopping here again. Very disappointed.

Good prices. Find the parking lot and the check outs are always a zoo.

I always go for an item or two, but never seem to have express open or they have 2-3 checkouts open so every line if long. So, expect to spend more time standing in line than actually shopping. If you want a quick shopping trip avoid this place.

I suggest hiring more people so you can open more checkouts and take baskets back. Being someone regularly on the job banks I have never seen a job ad. Also paying a living wage for full time employees would help retain them.

They have awesome variations of international foods. Could use a better discount rack for expiring stuff but they just can't be choosers LOL

Good experience - friendly staff. Love that there are tons of options. Prices seem to be higher than usual and comparatively higher than other groceries
