I give this review not because of GAME as a company. Quite frankly I find it sickening how they’ve been marginalised to a stall in a sports direct, their customer service is non existent, their Head Office is a PO Box and they’re products / services are not competitive at all.

That said, the staff at this store are VERY helpful and despite the best efforts of their employer were able to help me replace my broken controller. Shout out to Hollie & co. For their hard work and great customer service.

Good selection of games and accessories for Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch but service can be a little slow as sometimes there isn’t anyone at the till.

Kieran had absolutely brilliant customer service by providing amazing knowledge when purchasing a ps5 and headset. Also showed me multitude of options and different ways I can get cover for my console. Very thorough and helpful!

i paid £10 extra for a 1tb ps4 have just noticed its only 400 gb. are they going to pay my bus fare no so i been knocked by game in staines

A dinky sized concession that if it had not been for Google maps we would never have known was in staines. The sign in the store window is too small, and far too subtle. An idiot proof sign required please. ?. But apart from that, fabulous and loads of bargains.

Lukily this store still exists. I was about to walk to the old GAME but it wasn't there and I was freaking out because I thought it was gone from Stained! But luckily it was just in sports direct. They have lots of cool games to pick From and loads of other cool stuff like gift cards and clothes. This store is so cool and I am surprised that they merged 3 shops together.

Was very busy for my visit to buy latest Xbox. Staff member filling shelves was very helpful giving advice. They were out of stock on some things I needed so wasn’t able to purchase. Got back home and ordered it online for pickup at this branch. Site was good and easy to navigate.

Really annoying that they do not take American Express for payment. Staff were helpful and were able to help me get what I needed. Prices are not as competitive as Amazon. I was even able to find items cheaper at Tesco. Had a voucher to use up so had to buy from Game.
