I went into The office because I had been getting migraines for the past 2 years. Dr.Castellano was very profesional,caring and informative. You can tell the love he has for his practice is genuine. I had gone to a neurologist but the headaches continued and we couldn’t figure out why. After leaving doctor Castellanos office he told me about my Astigmatism and gave me a receipt for glasses I’m going on 4 months with no migraine ! He is the ophthalmologist I will see yearly now!

Dr Castellano is a wonderful doctor and is very helpful and passionate about his work. I appreciate all of his knowledge and work etiquette. I have never been able to see so clearly and comfortably through prescription lenses.

The internal infrastructure of the office leaves more to be desired. Unfortunately the payment system is extremely outdated, unable to accept credit cards or payments over phone. The front desk/billing staff is not helpful/proactive in terms of trying to come up with a more modern payment system. To be honest it sounded like a tired old lady who was already done with the day. Couldn't/Wouldn't even confirm when the last day to get my payment in.

I would not say stay away, but prepared to put a lot of effort in just communicating with the front desk staff. The good doctor is of a younger generation and can try to help.

I need to inform people what had happened to me. I am a young hispanic woman and recently visiting his practice, he touched me inappropriately multiple times. The first of which i could not address because of company in the examination room. However visiting for a follow up, he did it again. He felt on my legs. This happened. You need to know.
