This past Sunday, I bought my sister-in-law a beautiful sweater there to thank her for her down east hospitality. The staff lady let us stay past closing so she could find the perfect colour, size and style for her, all the while giving helpful suggestions. I will definitely return and purchase something for myself next time!

While on vacation, I bought a tam as a gift but turns out it was the wrong size. Contacted the business on Facebook and they replied immediately confirming that I could exchange the tam. We coordinated details over Messenger and provided payment for courier fees over phone. The process took less than two weeks in total. Was very impressed with the excellent customer service. Very happy and grateful that the tam can be worn! Would highly recommend this store for their variety of high-quality, stylish wool products and customer service.

All I can say is, it's a shame there aren't more stores like this one. This is what a classic boutique looks like, a shop that truly is like being in a shop from the days of when helping people find the perfect something of good quality meets fashion meant something. The service I got that day with that WONDERFUL woman who( I wish I knew her name) was something from the1920s 1930s. I brought 3 wonderful wool sweater that day, one for me one for my husband and one for my brother (who was shopping with me over the phone on a video call) I'm from Montreal and let me tell you I have no regrets purchasing my beautiful navy blue long sweater. I wanna thank that wonderful person who helped me and and catered to my every need without even asking. See you next time in in NB st Andrews (can't wait)☺️

Now, to start, I'm a huge fan of good sweaters, and this place is a small slice of heaven for me. Handcrafted from Ireland, I don't need to say more. The staff was incredibly friendly(as is all of St Andrews btw), kind and helpful.
Wonderful selection for both men and women, can't recommend enough 🙂

I wouldn’t classify this place as a souvenir shop at all. It’s more of a hat / wool specialty store. Several styles of Tilley hats and some other unique wool hats too (not just knitted toques!). (Also wool sweaters, blankets, baby items, tartan accessories etc). They just got their new Tilley stock for summer 2022 and were unpacking the boxes today (April 25) but the helpful sales associate already knew all the styles and colours and recommended several to me. I liked and bought two. I’m always in the market for a GOOD hat and the ones they have here are quality. I was surprised to find a store with so many Tilley styles in such a small town but I’m grateful I came across it.

This should easily have been a 5
star review—-if the gorgeous, expensive wool sweater hadn’t been shoved into a tacky plastic bag. Presentation is so important.
