Theresa, this evening, in the women's formal dress area, was wonderful. She was helpful, jovial, and friendly. Nice change from places with workers on their phones or just chatting. She is an asset to your store. I took her suggestion, and didn't buy a bling sweater, but spent lots more money on stuff I needed and would actually wear again. 🙂

Beauty department is not good and always rush me out. Tried to get my foundation for the third time and was told they didn’t have before even looking for it. I was exchanging for the last mistake they made and just felt like there was no time to service me. Of course they had it but just never took the time. 🙁 I don’t recommend it.

Deal with Pearl in lingerie. She is a true gem. I haven't had a bad experience yet. Been to other departments and receive excellent service throughout the store. I really feel very valued.

This place is a hot mess. It was very disorganized and overwhelming in the women's department as there were clothes thrown everywhere. Walked by the shoe department and boxes and shoes everywhere. The dressing room was blocked with boxes. This place is certainly overpriced to be so dirty looking. Would have given zero stars if I could. My suggestion to Macy's is to go to Norstroms to see how it's done.

This Macy's is very large and full of great items. The sales can be fantastic. ?savings on many sales? items. This store has the traffic of department stores like years ago.

Attached to the Kenwood Mall. Full service cosmetic counters and nicely displayed.
