First time I’ve been here. I had high expectations because I went to their bigger store, however this store was disappointing.

It’s one strength is that Denise, the lady that helped me was really nice and tried her best to overcome the issues this store has.

The store looks like it would have everything you could possibly want in terms of selection but once you actually try to get what you want you’ll see it is not the case. I wanted an Anastasia brow pencil. They didn’t have a medium brown one with the kind of tip I like. In fact it seemed the testers were incomplete. By this I mean all the different ones weren’t there. Were they stolen? The display demonstrated that they sell what I was looking for but it was out of stock and there wasn’t even a tester available.

I asked Denise to help me find the next best brow pencil. It took her a while to find one because of the same issues. Finally I found one for $22. She said it was a good pencil so I took it.

The store looks good until you look around and check to see what else they have.

Ordered a MUF flash palette on DEC 8th, did not receive a follow up email besides the auto response order confirmation, gave them 5 business days to respond, nothing, called the phone number, apparently my order was under "mgmt approval needed" the customer service rep approved the order and sent it out on 2 day shipping, everything seemed fine, order arrived today (48hrs) later, and the palettes plastic seal had been broken, signs of wax bloom on 3 of the shades, as well as a perfect fat fingerprint on the brown shade, took pictures, called back, was given the email to send the photos to, no response email, received a call from a random number, turned out to be naimies, was told all of their makeup forever flash palettes had been opened in their inventory, was promised they have one that is open but hasnt been swatched, and was given the option to print out a return label, send it back, and receive the palette in a week after they get confirmation that the return palette is in transit. This was purchased as an xmas gift well in advance, and while i appreciate some of the help from customer service this issue was not handled properly and i think i need to take my business to friends or crc in the future.
