Yesterday I tried to exchange an item that was a gift for my dog. I had a receipt. I found the item I wanted (just needed a smaller size) and the cashier refused to let me do an even exchange and told me I owed 30.00 more dollars! The item was a gift, and not only was this a very frustrating experience, but a huge waste of time. She had to call over 2 other managers, who proceeded to tell me that the XL size I wanted for my dog was 30.00 more because the XXL that I was trying to exchange was less expensive. That's not my problem, and as a courtesy, they could have let me do an even exchange-Horrible customer service. I have my receipt and transaction number should anyone want to reach out. After 10 minutes of arguing with the 2 managers, I finally asked for a store credit. The cashier returned the item to the person who purchased the gift, who lives in another state! I left with no product for my dog, and a simple exchange request turned into a customer service nightmare. Thanks for nothing.

They refused to sell me fish because they thought my tank (at my home) was too small...while the Betta, and Gold Fish at the store are in Cups. I appreciate their concern but really? Will they refuse selling me a dog if my yard wasn't big enough (in their opinion)?

Took 3 hours to just wash my dog with no grooming. I told them I did not want her hair cut. The thinned her hair it looks bad. Also she sat for hours wet and got a UTI! After 3 hours she was still wet and they told me she was done I took her home wet in my car and had to dry her my self. She has sore paws and is limping since she was there. I spent $100 and my dog would have been better off if I had washed her.

Store was well kept, staff was really friendly and they have a great variety of products. They greeted 2 people by name that came in for grooming which is awesome for that “hometown” vibe.

Great staff and very helpful in the aquarium dept. Eric in the fish dept is excellent and always willing to help. Kisty the cashier, is very customer friendly and always has a greeting entering or leaving. Actually the whole staff is excellent. The fish are always new and in good shape.

I would rate this a 0 but i can't!!! let me tell you why! i went to petsmart and i saw this video that petsmart give free baby fish beacuse they get eaten or sucked up in the filter and river snail beacuse they over populate the tank! i asked a nice cashier she had short black hair she was really nice. i went to ask if the video was true and she said yeah they do give out baby fish but she dosent know if there is anymore baby fish so she will look if there is any but i needed a parent or someone over 18 to fill out the paper. i said yea my dad is in another store i can just call him. Before she looked to see if there was any baby fish she told another cashier she had red hair she came up to me and rudely asked "WHATS THE PROBLEM" and i told her the video i saw and she said "NO WE CANT DO THAT" that littierly dosent make sense the other lady said i could. after she said no i cant do that i just left . this made me so upset your letting an innocent baby fish get eaten by a bigger fish or get sucked up by a filter its better giving baby fish out for free then letthing them get killed. another thing that made me upset is one of the big bird he was green he was all by himself he was so sad and there died isint good i would love to get him but he's 800 dollar and the goldfish tank was over crouded with tons of gold fish. i would give it 5 stars if they could fix these problem
