Excellent advice and guidance from a very professional pharmacist. They filled my prescription quickly and ensured that I understood the instructions in a very kind way. The store is bright and clean. It is nice to be in a pharmacy focused on health and wellness, not cosmetics and convenience groceries. Will definitely return.

This makes me sad to post. I have been with phamacy 101 since birth. I’m not sure if it’s new owners or new management but it has went extremely downhill. There has been numerous times when I went without my meds because they didn’t contact my doctors office. One time they gave me a bunch of insulin which wasn’t mine so that’s alarming they aren’t double checking who they are giving meds to. I called pharmacy to see if they could look at a rash and they just told me to go to walk in. They didn’t even let me come in to see it in person. What’s the point of giving pharmacies more tasks to reduce doctors tasks, if they aren’t going to do it. This is a small things but there is no place to put a bike, a lot of people bike in this town. Please do better.

Absolutely ridiculous! I purchased 2 tubes of topical pain reliever and one tube did not have a seal on it, which I thought was a bit odd. So when I went to squeeze the second one thinking it wasn’t sealed at the spout either, the seal at the top literally split open and the gel sprayed everywhere and stained my top and I lost a quarter of the tube. What a hassle and when I finally found the time to go back to the store and expected to get a straight exchange, I was told that since it was technically my fault, they’d need to have a manager weigh in on it! However, there was no manager available at all and that I’d have to wait yet another day and be further inconvenienced or buy another tube!! I expected a better level of customer service from this pharmacy.

This has been my pharmacy for 15 years and it was a good one up until about three years ago when it quickly became the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. The staff is grossly incompetent. Ordering compression stockings is a nightmare from these clueless folks. I have had to wait several months for an order, they don't return calls, forget to return calls, and simply can't be bothered. I have found another pharmacy in Port Hope to meet my needs and I strongly advice anyone looking for a reliable and helpful pharmacy to steer clear of this one.

Ever since the new owners took over, and all the staff has changed, I have been truly dissatisfied. Longer wait times!
There is a women who answers the phone (who refuses to give her name) is so incredibly rude. Always sighing and sounds completely irritated to help the customer. When I asked if they don't call customers when their prescriptions are ready any more she said depends!
Will be speaking with a manager today and taking my business elsewhere today! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. For a pharmacy that lists themselves as "HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY", the abruptness and rudeness caused me to switch pharmacies. I am baffled by all of the great reviews this place gets. I have had my medications shoved toward me by the pharmacist as the plastic protective door slammed shut. I tried to get fitted for compression stockings at one point. Not only did the employee have no idea what she was doing, she admitted to having poison ivy while handling my legs and feet with her hands. When I informed the employee who actually could have helped me that I no longer required their help, she said, "Oh, well that's good news." Know what else is good news? I took my business elsewhere. I can't possibly be worse off with a new pharmacy who knows how to treat people. 0/5
