I asked for help 3 times with the purchase of my perfumes and first they helped people who arrived after me, the one who helped me gave me the wrong perfume, and when it was time to pay all the products had 20%, and I asked her is the first time I buy with my Sephora credit card and I understand that plus the discount that there is in the store I get that extra 25% and they were very rude and they told me you can't do it or the 20 or the 25 which one do you want me to put on you, and then I asked please to give me gift receipts and when the cashier was making the transaction for me someone sent her to break and she gave me the gift receipts very angry. I am completely disappointed with this store for its lack of empathy with its customers

Worst experience EVER! I walked in to pick up an online order, and not one of the FIVE associates wanted to help. The one, literally in front of where you pick up online orders, motioned to the other associates to help and they didn’t even acknowledge me. I then pivoted to try and go to the front when “Ashley” then resigned to assist. After finding it, 2 of the associations said I “came in hot” and asked me to leave. I should say there was no one in the front section of the store, they seemed mad I broke up their gossiping. Their actions were inappropriate, and needless to say they offered no customer service.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at Sephora. Not only does this Sephora location have rude sale associates working there, but not one single person helped me and then when I asked for someone to help me, they’re attitude absolutely disrespectful and rude as well as uncalled for, but I also had a 90 minute ultimate glam and nobody did it for me and I had appointment. Never got my service for my appointment and everyone at this location is absolutely rude and disgusting ?.

Unethical workers and expensive parking. Every time I come to this location and ask for assistance finding a product such as a moisturizer or a highlighter they always gear me towards their most expensive products, even after I specifically request moderately priced products. I went in with a price point in mind looking for a moisturizer and the person I spoke to kept insisting I buy on one of their most expensive moisturizers. It was a complete waste of time and I ended up buying my usual moisturizer, which is not cheap, but not the most expensive in the store. The same thing happened again when I went in to purchase a highlighter. They offered me one of their luxury brand items after I requested a different price point. That is the most annoying thing about this location aside from also having to pay for parking.

I've gone to a couple different Sephora locations around LA, but I find this one to be the friendliest. Whenever I come in, I usually know what I'm looking for and don't always want to be approached but I can easily find someone if the situation arises. I didn't get her name, but there was an associate who sold me on a moisturizer that has really helped my skin! She was really sweet and has the same skin type as me so she knew exactly what to recommend. I'll definitely come back!

The girl at check out counter was unnecessarily rude. So much attitude. I spent > 300 on Tuesday afternoon around 4 pm at this location. All I got instead of at least smile saying thank you or anything was nasty attitude of the cashier. You could have smiled or dropped in few samples for us. She looked half Asian and was young. If you hate your job don’t work there to sell rude attitude to customers. Specially the ones spending that much there. I kinda want to return all the items back to rude Sephora , take my money and shop at Nordstrom makeup counter instead. They much nicer.
