For those in the Lawrence region it is a good option, but it is not the best unit. The location has ample parking and is close to the metro and bus stops.

They have good accessibility for customers using wheelchairs, with doors that open and close automatically, in addition to access ramps.

The store is spacious, but most of the time there are not many products on the shelves and gondolas and there are always many empty spaces.

They have a post office service, pharmacy, and photos, things that end up making everyday life easier.

This pharmacy is the worst - if I could give zero stars, I would. The wait times are ridiculous, they are completely disorganized, and nothing is ever ready when promised. Today, they filled a number of prescriptions for my mum who was just discharged from hospital after major surgery, and they missed filling the most important prescription. How does that even happen When we called to ask where the missing prescription was, they first tried to claim we’d picked everything up. When I pointed out that there were two different dosages of a particular med and that they’d neglected to fill one, they asked for an hour to get it ready. An hour, for a post-surgical pain prescription!! When I went to pick it up, to my absolute lack of surprise, it was not ready. What a gong show. Time to switch to a more reliable pharmacy.

Edited to add: Why would I bother to reach out to you, Shoppers? Have you not read any of the other dozens of terrible reviews for this pharmacy? These are not recent issues. Several of the reviews go years back, and you’ve obviously not bothered to do anything to improve pharmacy service. If you had, bad reviews WITH THE SAME ISSUES would not keep happening. I’m not wasting my time to reach out because nothing is going to change in response to my complaint. You need to revamp your pharmacy procedures and hire staff who are competent. Until that happens, you’ll continue to see bad reviews and lose business to other pharmacies.

I just visited this pharmacy to pick up medication for my daughter, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Samira. She went above and beyond by not just handing me the prescription, but taking the time to check everything thoroughly and educate me on the medication. Her dedication and exceptional customer service truly stood out. If I could give her 10 stars, I absolutely would! It's rare to find such responsible, friendly service with a smile these days. I will definitely be returning to this pharmacy. Highly recommend! S.R

I went to the pharmacy section last night after midnight. I had a very good experience with the pharmacist working there. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed about my medications. She patiently answered all my questions and provided clear explanations about dosages and potential side effects. Her friendly behavior and professional expertise made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of pharmaceutical care. Thank you for the excellent service!

I had the worst experience during the redemption promotional week. Went to buy perfume and Cosmetic Lady Rhea helped us out. During redemption, we lost the points as her computer was frozen. She advised us to contact Head office. She could not help us and we could not buy the perfume as all the points were lost without us doing the transaction. We decided to buy hair spray and since it is Cosmetic/Beauty product, Rhea refused to give us the cosmetic bag. In the meantime, other rep was giving cosmetic bag to the other customers. Since Hairspray was beauty product, she could have given the bag to us. We called head office and spoke to Sufyan. He advised to contact the store manager. In short, some seniors could be losing their points and no one from Shoppers(store or Head office) wanted to fix the points issue as it was due to their system. Finally got all fixed after further escalation to the headoffice. Worst Service and will never shop for perfumes or cosmetics there

WORST PHARMACIST EVER! I was waiting in the same consultation line as everyone else. Waited for 55 minutes to have other people be helped before me. Lula was extremely rude and biased towards people waiting in the line. Do not recommend coming here when she's working or between the hours of 8pm to 10pm. There is only one pharmacist.

Turned me away for a Covid shot even though I made an appointment and checked the Government site. They were actually quite rude about it. It was my first time going to shoppers in a while. I’ll keep avoiding them.

Edit to add: I have since reviewed the criteria needed to get the vaccine and can confirm that this pharmacist absolutely lied in order to refuse the vaccine for me. I’ll be filling a complaint with the Ontario College of Pharmacists and I recommend other people who’ve had insufficient care from this pharmacy to do the same.
