Bought a kids bike from here and after 6 weeks both sets of brakes no longer worked. Several visits to the shop later we got told this was caused by rainwater.
The so called bike mechanic came to this conclusion. Use the term mechanic loosely.

Attitude of instore staff was shocking. £100 out of pocket for a kids bike that is no longer usable.
Customer services said they can only go off of what their member of staff tells them, was not allowed to ask for a second opinion.

Save yourself hassle and get a bike from anywhere else.

I have tried to phone the store to find out if they had something in and didn't get an answer how are you supposed to find out anything if they don't pick up the phone that's not doing there job right is it

We visited to view some Nintendo Switch accessories and games for a console that we hadnt used yet.

Stuart on the gaming desk was outstanding in helping us understand just how the switch works and what accessories would be beneficial and those that we likely wouldnt need.

He run through all the parental controls and really helped us find our bearings with the device.

We will certainly be back to collect a few things once the console is gifted to our daughter.

Great selection of toys, cashier staff are very helpful and polite. Completely ruined by the overly aggressive looking security guard. Staring at the adults and kids as if he's about to stone cold stunner one of them. Arms crossed, begging one of the kids to put a lol doll in their pocket so he has a reason to pile their wee face into a lego millennium falcon. Get rid of him as soon as you can.

My only issue is not feeling safe in your shop. Some of the staff had there face masks down at their chin and not social distancing from customers. A family came in the store with no masks on and no excemp badge. The child was coughing germs all over the store. Where's the safety rules here? Keeping staff and customers safe from covid should be priority.

Went in today to buy a bike for my daughter and was looked after by Colin. Went out of his way as saw the bike I was looking for but they didn't have it in the size I wanted, however he knew there was an order due in anyday so went threw the back and found the bike in the size I wanted. Great customer service. Thank you Colin.
