We recently purchased a car for our daughter and couldn’t be happier with the experience! Kyle was our salesperson and he was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we walked in, he was friendly, professional, and patient with all our questions. He made the process stress-free and took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave us a lot of confidence in our decision.
The car is exactly what we were hoping for—safe, reliable, and well-priced. A really good experience with Colin the salesman and Kyle from service. I got a very fair price for a trade in and it was a smooth process. We had unforeseen issues with the used vehicle I purchased but Kyle made sure it got taken care of in a timely manner and they were able to fix the problems. Sun Valley Honda turned a difficult situation into a wonderful experience — professional, compassionate, and truly like family.
I came to Sun Valley Honda with a car that couldn’t be repaired (thanks to another car lot in Medicine Hat). Aiden had the perfect truck for me, and Adam (Sales Manager) made the process smooth during what started as a very difficult experience. Cam (Finance Manager) set me up with a fair and affordable payment plan.
They truly took me in like family. They even helped by finding a buyer for my broken car right away. Aiden was professional, compassionate, and personable — he listened to my concerns and guided me through every step.
The whole team is fabulous, and I enjoy visiting them. Honestly, I wish my truck needed repairs just so I could see them more often!

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership a few weeks ago. They promised to have the tank filled with gas when I picked it up, but they had not done so. They said they would send me a gas card in the mail but I have still not received it and the salesman is not responding to my emails.

I also received two sets of tires with the vehicle. The second set was supposed to be packed up and in the vehicle when I picked it up, but they were nowhere to be seen. The salesman said they would keep them at the dealership for me but that was not what we agreed on, so I insisted on having them packed up for me to take with me.

The salesman's name was Aiden. I will never do business with this dealership again.
