Great that they are dog friendly now, which helps me a lot. A Very good shop if you are looking for seasonal products, home decor, crafts and pets. However….Somewhat lacking in the toiletries department, couldn’t get the basics. And the isles seem tight to manoeuvre round.

Very well stocked, plus lots of items that attract your attention, from bedding to cutlery, they even sell everything a pet owner would need. They seem to have it all in one store. Except frozen and fresh, you can pop next door to Aldi.

A little messy instore but they did look like they were in the middle of re-merchandising. Helpful staff but difficult to locate. Overall not a bad trip out

Absolute dump! Empty packaging. Also empty shelves so not due to restocking just cba to tidy up.. my wife went to use the toilet and came out green ? the store manager needs sacked for letting it get into that state

I love shipley garden centre food is lovely coffee aswell but please make an improvement on the teabags it's like drinking just water .

This place has seriously gone down hill!

I hadn't visited for a while prior to today (20/8/24). Only one till open for the whole store, 15-20 mins wait in the resulting queue to pay for just one item, the checkout clerk ready to cry at the chaos.

Another company putting profit & running costs before customer service. Shocking. What a mess.

I do love coming here but lately I'm gettiny fed up with the craft displays being in such a state, items scattered everywhere & dumped without being hung up. Also the boxes being left in ailes to be put on display which makes it impossible get through. Even the lacking of staff at the tills, I even witness one of the members of staff yelling and swearing to another colleague. Think in future I'll just stick with Lady Bay store.

Un bel negozio pieno di tutto un po', consiglio di fare scorta di medicinali da banco che hanno un buon prezzo, hanno cibo, vestiti..tanta roba! .ci tornerei volentieri.
