Well the only two people who posted on here obviously were happy with the service they got there unfortunately for me and my two Pekingese puppies didn't have the same experience. My female Bailey came home with numerous burns on her from not having a guard on the Clippers she was using and burnt her to the point where she had to have antibiotics have put on her daily. I normally would not be saying anything about this but when I called to talk to Julie about it and I sent her the pictures she indicated oh I should take her to the vet there must be something wrong with her instead of owning up the fact that she did this to her when she was clipping her. Thank God my original groomer is back here Evansburg after her maternity leave and even if she wasn't I would not be taking my two precious puppies back to shaggy Dog

I have loved this place since the first time I took our small dog there... my girl came out looking like a million bucks, but more importantly she was happy :))) we will definitely be back... from the nerons ( and bailey) thank you
