Do not use. They sold me the wrong salt that broke my softener then sent a technician out to my house that had no idea what he was doing. He brought a sample of my water back to test and I was told the softener was working fine problem was I disconnected my house from the softener a week prior so they “tested” hard water. Every single professional besides you has told me I have a dry tank meaning 6 inches of water should be in it. My tank is 3/4 full of brown water which is has never been when operating correctly. Very clearly there is a problem that your worker was not qualified to diagnose. Also he took a reusable water bottle from our kitchen to collect the sample. That is embarrassing
