We enjoyed my older brother's Happy Happy Birthday today. The food was delicious, fresh and the variety was amazing! It was quiet, the service was great and it was just a nice place to eat.

It's 4 stars, but I'm feeling nice. The menu is simplify to match the small city pallet. It's missing some ingredients you would get else in authentic Vietnamese restaurant. No tripe, tendon or basil leaves. The food tasted okay and the older gentleman was very nice. The prices for a restaurant quality food is fantastic! It's not a bad options if you're in the Hat looking for Vietnamese cuisine, but temper your expectations if you're from a big city.

We went here to try their food, this is located at 2nd st downtown Medicine Hat. Staff are friendly, ambience was ok, food was great, washroom was clean too. Just one thing though, they need to change their scratched up glass, just my opinion. Overall experience was great. A must try and recommended to all.

My family and I have loved Thuy Tien for many years. Whenever I go back to visit my children and granddaughter in Medicine Hat, we always go to eat here. The pho is outstanding! I also love their charbroiled pork noodle bowls. Friendly staff and delicious food!
