Good quality dog food at decent prices. My pup kept sitting next to the bag for hours when it arrived. He devoured his first serving. Also got biscuits bag and my pup is addicted.
And knowing that it’s local Canadian business, even more proud to be supporting them.

Tried this for my new puppy and he HATES it! Will not touch it. The claim they 100% guarantee the food but you need to pay the shipping! So they get a good bag of product back and I get $10 out of $75. Not worth it

New customer but have to say- great customer service so far! Quick turn around from order to delivery. Had a bag arrive damaged and they replaced it the next day. Love the little extra perks like the free dog tag! Most importantly, the ingredients and quality of the food seems to be excellent. Day one, but the dogs seem to really like it.

Good dog food but poor customer service. Don’t fall for the auto ship option.
When you need the food, just order it.
They like to send out duplicate orders and then just say “sorry something must’ve went wrong with the auto shipment “

Our new Bouvier des Flanders 5 month young pupy loves the TLC puppy food! He has no digestive issues and nice solid 💩s! I love the autoship! Bear also loves the treats! We had a Bouvier for 12 yrs also feeding him TLC!!

We have been using TLC food (first for our puppy and now adult dog as well as cat food) and their treats for our furry family members, and it has been fantastic. Introduced to TLC with our Fox Red lab pup, now 2 years old, who came with TLC from the amazing farm/breeder in Ontario, and we have been very happy with the quality of the food since. As a "retired" Animal Health Technologist with 12 years of veterinary practice experience, I am very satisfied with the quality of the ingredients and results for our younger dog and now 3 cats. Their dog treats are also fantastic and TLC saves us a considerable amount with their 5 lb. bags and the bulk option.
Their customer service and support have always been excellent, and the value is amazing, with auto-ship options with a discounted cost also. The rising costs of pet food in general has been difficult for so many, and TLC has kept its pricing reasonable with consistent high quality and super responsive delivery. We have experienced issues with other name brand foods and distributors over the years, and it's a concern when trying to find the best food possible, and TLC has exceeded our expectations. We've been getting our dog's food from this company for over 4+ years. We had him on several other dog foods as a puppy and all gave him some form of digestive upset and were quite expensive. He's never had any issue with this food from the very beginning and he actually LOVES it. Their website is super easy to use and his food is delivered to our front door in 1-2 days usually. My mother-in-law recommended TLC Pet Food to us initially. She owned a dog kennel and owned 3 dogs herself eating the same food. Really glad we made the switch and will continue purchasing this food for our dog indefinitely. Highly recommend!
