Best toysrus by far! It sucks that this location is getting shut down. We’ll definitely be visiting the other locations less due to how far the other locations are. I guess we’ll be spending our money somewhere else

Lots to look at. Nothing special but I think its not a good idea to bring kids. Even though it's a kids toy store ? but they will definitely leave unhappy. I saw two tantrums. I just had the best time without the kids there.

This rating is based on 4 stars for the staff and 0 stars for the website, which frequently indicates that an item is in stock when it is not. Interestingly, during our most recent visit - a wasted trip to learn from a helpful staff member that an item showing as "in stock" on the website was not actually anywhere in the store - we overheard another staff member having to explain to another customer that an item they'd seen in stock on the website was not available either. In this decade, if not this millennium, it should be impossible for a retailer website to be incorrect for multiple inventory items?

It's always hard to get helped here and the employees don't really know what they're doing. Missed out on a bunch of stuff that ould of went on my baby registry. Went back to get it put on and they still didn't get it right. I have also been waiting for a crib converter piece that has been sold out since may. I asked when it might be in or if they could order it in for me as I want to purchase it before it's discontinued. I was told I should contact the company and arrange that. This was said to me by the person who orders the products of the store. Thought that was kinda weird. ?

"We price match everything EXCEPT lego." That is THE stupidest rule! What the hell is the point in price matching anything at that point. Also, checking to see if you have something in stock in the back when the product box was ON DISPLAY! Take it off the floor at that point! I honestly forgot why I stopped coming here. If I hadn't been able to find the sold out item today at any walmart location, I wouldn't have bothered with Toy R us. Unfortunately, walmart sold out everywhere. You guys are a bit ridiculous.

Awesome service, the store representative. An was incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly to both myself and my young child. We will be going back.

This location is big but feels small. Could be that I’m more familiar with the polo park location. This location has helpful staff but can Never find the toy I’m looking for.

They got a lot of toys that you would want but the prices are too high and the sales wouldn't count as a sale anywhere else
