Don't buy a TV at this Walmart because the electronics department employees will unbox your TV after you complete the payment and take out the entire TV to check it. I bought the TV not to return or exchange it. This is ridiculous. I returned the TV that they opened because they dropped the remote control on the ground during the inspection. Later I went to the Newmarket Walmart to buy the same TV, and the employee there told me that Walmart has no policy to unbox the TV. What a terrible Aurora Walmart, the worst Walmart ever.

I have repeatedly encountered issues with being charged twice for a single item during purchases—this has now happened for the fourth time. Unfortunately, it raises serious concerns about the integrity of the service. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly to restore trust and improve the customer experience.

“During my weekend visit to this Walmart location, I was impressed by the sheer size and the comprehensive inventory of products. I found items here that I couldn’t locate in other Walmarts, which was a pleasant surprise. The store’s setup was well-organized, and the staff members were professional and helpful. The ample parking space was convenient, and the reminder to take 25/c for carts was appreciated. Moreover, the bakery section stood out with its abundance of freshly baked cakes and pastries. Kudos to the management for maintaining such high standards. Keep up the excellent work!”

Horrible and unprofessionalism is how I would categorize the associates I had to talk with today. The cashier, customer service associate, and manager did not know how to properly enter in a coupon for free products and required me to pay the "taxes" for a free product. The coupons also specified that the vendor will cover the products cost plus any taxes associated. For $4.00 after tax they charged me $4.97 instead of $4.52. I can afford the 45 cent "tax", but this was the about the principal about the items being free and that the coupon covered the cost. They need to be better trained to read and understand. After dealing with this whole issue I requested to replace the ice cream and butter as it has been sitting in room temperature for the past 20-30 minute interaction along with the time I was in the store shopping. The customer service agent refused and said I was harassing and abusing them with such a request. The manager eventually allowed me to grab the replacement. Absolutely disgusted by the level of customer service and professionalism of the associates

Walmarts are usually fine and everyone is polite but today I had a visit here, Dec 2, at 9:30 pm. I was waiting for the cosmetic lady to come but she didn’t show up for half an hour and we just had to rip off the item which was behind a lock. All in all, a dreadfull expreince ☹️
Also, I need to return it, but cuz it is ripped off, it is unreturnable. So disappointing.

Walmart is going to have to take this 1 star review off the chin. This is of no fault of their own, but we need to hold accountable the engineer who planned this entire parking lot and plaza. Given WalMart is likely the biggest tenant, they should be able to eat this 1 star review and write it off.

To all those who suffer through entering and exiting this parking lot from Wellington, this is for you. Just know that there's people out there who designed this parking lot, probably got paid a lot of money for it, so you and I can have a more difficult life.

I've never seen a parking lot conducive of such inefficient traffic flow.

Specifically for the Electronics/ cellphone department. Made an appointment with a Salesperson named Ekta. She made us wait in the cellphone area for 45 mins since the other sales person was busy.

When she arrived. She did not apologize for her tardiness, nor did she help with any of our questions. Very disappointed and worst customer service experience.
