I advise not take nail courses with Windsor Beauty Supply. Took a nail technician course through Windsor Beauty Supply. Anna (teacher) took advantage of me. Upon taking pedicure course Anna said take manicure, I will work it in. I kept asking how is she going to work it in. One student including myself in class with Anna taught me to do one manicure on one student, student also did manicure on me.
I received my manicure certificate after one manicure. I paid full cost for what? One manicure. I have sent emails to Windsor beauty supply and spoke with Faye owner asking for my money back. They won’t give it back offering me to take full manicure course , not pay for it.
Upon gel extension course she said watch other students all the time when I had fake nails to practice on.
Anna said after class practice on oranges for manicures. Really!!!! Wow!!!!
I might as well of watched utube videos
I’m spending more money to receive professional training in London.
All I want is my manicure money back
I don’t trust them nor teacher Anna.
I will never ever go to Windsor Beauty Supply again.
Anna also sat getting her own nails extensions done in class by two students for most of the day. Wow!!!!
Anna favoured students in class, kept pushing to purchase carts, chairs etc.
I advise you receive proper training elsewhere.

I went to purchase a Wahl clipper and wanted to price match with Walmart since it’s cheaper there. The manager came up with the crooked idea that Walmart sells used items since she worked there. Their website says they price match and they in fact do not. Cheap. I do not recommend.

Had an amazing experience today at Windsor Beauty Supply. Jaqueline and Mary were both very professional and helpful. They were able to help us with all our beauty supply needs with all their knowledge. We are very pleased with our experience here. Truly an amazing team and facility!

I love this store! Everyone is always so helpful and nice. I feel comfortable asking questions about products and how to use them. This is very important to me because I'm a new salon owner, and it's great to have a store like this.

the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I can always find what I’m looking for! The prices are still lower than some other stores, which is great! This store has a big variety of everything you need and want for your hair! Great products!

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Windsor Beauty. I am deeply disappointed by the incredibly rude and disrespectful behavior displayed by Fay, the owner of Windsor Beauty. I must say that this was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered.
It is disheartening to encounter such lapses in professionalism and customer service within the beauty industry. Customers deserve to be treated with kindness and respect. Unfortunately, that level of service is sorely lacking with Fay. If I as a customer felt like this, I can only imagine what the girls who work there have to deal with daily.
I DON’T GIVE MY BUSINESS TO SNOBS! NEVER SHOPPING THERE AGAIN!

Excellent customer service! During this pandemic I really needed to top up my supplies before working again. I called a store in London, Ontario and an employee answered the phone from the warehouse in Windsor. It was so nice to be able to talk to someone! Silvia helped me with everything! She helped me pick out new capes over the phone. And they had everything I needed in stock. I received my order 3 days later and I love the capes and everything I bought. I also had samples in my box too which was a nice surprise. Thanks Silvia and Windsor Beauty!
