I recently visited a winn Dixie store in my area and had a mixed experience overall. The store had a decent selection of products, including fresh produce, pantry items, and household essentials.

However, I found that the layout of the store was a bit confusing, with some aisles feeling cluttered and difficult to navigate. Additionally, I noticed that certain items were out of stock, which was disappointing.

On the positive side, the staff at the grocery store were friendly and helpful. They were willing to assist me in finding specific items and provided good customer service throughout my visit. The female staff was very helpful.

In terms of pricing, I found that some products were reasonably priced, while others seemed a bit expensive compared to other stores in the area. It would have been nice to see more competitive pricing and sales or promotions to help customers save money.

Overall, while I appreciated the efforts of the staff and the availability of some products, I believe there are areas where this grocery store could improve, such as better organization, inventory management, and pricing strategies.

Cashiers are absolutely RUDE. When I said how much he said look at the screen. When I asked why he was on the phone he said customer service isn’t his job so he doesn’t need to talk to me. He then proceeded to make fun of me when I approached other workers. If this is how Americans treat their public that’s horrible. Zero sense of caring. Don’t waste your time or money on this disgusting place

Beautiful Store. Well kept. Clean, good produce. Fantastic meat specials, friendly staff. Overall just short of excellent. It falls short of five stars due to check out. Not enough cash registers open to facilitate purchases without extended waiting times. Very typical of these stores unfortunately.

Last night, I was harass by a worker named Leonel. As I was heading to my car Leonel approach saying Give me the cart he put his hand on the cart I told him my groceries are in here when I'm finish with the cart I will return it. Leonel preceeded to follow, yelling. You don't have a car. You're trying to steal the cart." I told him you're making me uncomfortable back the hell up. He stopped then I got to my car put away the groceries then went inside to report him the manager as I'm talking Leonel comes up speaking creole to the manager she then says oh he said he was just helping you that was a lie. I also went today to speak to the store manager, Mike, which was a waste of time he was very dismissive and rude. When I told him that next time he does it, I will defend myself he said don't threaten him with violence, but he's allowed to follow me and harass over a cart. PLEASE BE CAREFUL SHOPPING HERE.

I really like Winn Dixie for the offers they had, but the bad thing is that they have a worker who is very rude to his coworkers
I was recently in Customer Service, there is always a very kind girl and what I didn’t like about him was that he yelled at her telling her what to do, I don’t know what, I thought he was a supervisor but he’s not, he is just a cashier like the others,
He doesn’t have to disrespect his coworkers like that, managers should do something
Having people like that at work is not good
Today I went and saw his name
His name is Wilmer, he is very rude
They should tell him something because for people like those, others leave their jobs.
I don’t wanna go again and saw him yelling at that nice girl.
She’s very kind, I don’t know why he talk to her like that.
